Visionworks San Jose Plaza

I visited during one of the busiest times of the year (holiday season), so if you're coming around that time, just be patient it's worth it! I was extremely pleased with how supportive, kind, and reassuring the staff was, not only with me but with every patient who walked through the door. Paige is an absolute rockstar! She helped me pick out the cutest glasses and made sure I understood all the benefits I was eligible to use during my visit. I felt very confident in the glasses we chose together. I'm a breastfeeding mom, so my vision has been all over the place lately but they made everything so smooth. They did several advanced imaging tests for only $45, and the doctor also performed a thorough exam and caught something important that other doctors have missed in the past. There was another sweet woman who checked me in (I wish I remembered her name!) and she was amazing such a beautiful spirit and so great with kids. I also noticed how well the team worked together. Their communication was strong, and they made sure every single patient felt acknowledged and welcomed. I came in with a newborn and a 4-year-old, and even as an impatient person, I truly did not mind the wait. My kids loved the environment they were calm and comfortable the entire time. 10/10 experience. If you're looking for quality eye care from a team that truly cares not just a company trying to sell you glasses I highly recommend them!

I loved that the doctor took the time to explain my situation to me in detail. He is very personable and I will not hesitate to keep him as my primary eye doctor from now on. Also, a huge shout out to Jessica who helped me with my glasses. She is very knowledgeable about the products available. She is fantastic and so fun!!

I made a call and Hope answered she helped me out and my husband and I were so happy with all of our services they were great from the phone call to the end of everything with Hope. I wanna shout out to Erin who was a beautiful woman that helped us with our questions and just everything and a young lady I believe her name was Brittney. I apologize if it was wrong, but she was very sweet and did all of our pre-exam work up and just completely professional. My husband and I both enjoyed meeting the doctor. He was really nice very kind explaining everything about her eyes and what we are needing done, gave me some samples for my dry eyes and that was very nice. Thank you all

I visited this location for the first time today to get my son and husband frames for the first time. The staff was amazing , Brittany was so kind the Dr was amazing and Paige was so thorough and efficient. She covered everything with us and got our order placed. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

My new favorite optical store! Perfect location & wow it's absolutely stunning to walk into. They really offer such a great selection and pricing. But the staff is what stands out the most. They have such a great experienced doctor & the manager Erin is so knowledgeable and helpful. I love my new pair of mine west shades!

Been here before. Always had a good experience. Went today to get mine and my daughters glasses and had a horrible experience. There was this gentleman there that was oddly very very very passive aggressive and sarcastic. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but I left and Im not coming back. Such an odd experience. I get in there to buy new lenses for my frame and told him to quote them for me. He says sure. I then tell him, please, quote me basic lenses. No add-ons. He tells me, that Im the second person that requests this today. I say, yeah, I just want whatever is more affordable right now. He then tells me, the thing is, that if you strip all the add-ons off it comes to a point that you might as well not get the glasses. At that point, im feeling a bit odd, like why is this guy trying to push for this so much. I tell him, well sir, we are going to have to agree to disagree on this point. The again, he retorts back and says: yeah, you know, we have to follow the experts. Im confused. Like what is he saying?...The I tell him, I understand that you know your stuff, but I know what I want. I just want basic lenses. He says, no sir, it seems that you are the expert I was ming blown He was being sarcastic!! He then proceeds to call another young woman and tell her, please you take care of this gentleman. At that point I say to my daughter, stop looking at frames, we have to go dear. Not giving 1 penny to this guy. Such such such a bizarre experience. Its so hard to explain in words his attitude and tone, but it was just a weird experience. I want to think that the guy was just having a tough day or something, all was so odd.

Had an awesome experience at this eye doctor's office. The whole team was super friendly and helpful. Erin and Hope were amazing when it came to picking out frames. They made it fun and easy and really knew what they were doing. Brittany at the front desk was awesome too! She took the time to go over my copays and made sure everything was clear, which I really appreciated. Everyone there is always on time and keeps you in the loop. I never felt rushed or left wondering what was going on. The doctor was awesome too, he's really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend this place if you want great service and good vibes.

Awesome experience at this Visionworks! Juan was able to fix my glasses on the spot and was super helpful in adjusting the fit. They really take care of their customers and treated everyone who came into the store as friends. Thank you Juan, Hope and Jessica!!
