This has to be the fastest I've ever received my glasses. I ordered two pairs on a Friday, and both were ready on a Wednesday the next week. Even if the service hadn't been that quick I cans still say our experience was great. Ria, and Sarah were both helpful in selecting my prescription glasses and sunglasses. The prices were good, and we felt well taken care of. I look forward to going back for new glasses the next time I need some!

Waited 50 minutes only to be told that I had to have my prescription (from an outside doctor) in paper form. Get with the times! The two women working the front had no clue on how to help more than one person at a time. Sarah was showing glasses to one customer for 40 min while 6 of us waited to be helped. (Let her try on glasses and her friend can be the helper while YOU assist the rest of us that already made a decision!). What a mess and a waste of time. Nope, I won't be back and found GREAT service at Target optical.

I would have given a 1 star review if it were not for the Dr. that works there. He is so friendly and helpful and kind. My husband and son had nothing but great things to say about him. However, the staff that works in the back are so rude. They were rude when we had the appointment and rude when I had to go up there to see if my sons glasses were ready. I will not take my family back to them, which is unfortunate as the Dr. is lovely and good with kids. The prices are great as we pay out of pocket but we will be choosing a different Walmart Vision store moving forward.

I love Beaches eye care at Avenues Walmart! I've been taking my son there since 2013,one yr I took him somewhere else and the other dr said he was going to keep losing eye sight till he was 18 and there was nothing they can do. So I took him back to Beaches eye Care and Dr knew exactly what to do he gave him bifocals eye glasses and within a yr his vision loss started to slow down. It didn't progress either. And I took him last week and he finally was able to have normal glasses no more bifocals because his vision loss had stop and had improved! This Dr it's great!

Doctor Stam is one of the best optometrists I've used. He is easy going, knowledgeable, patient, and so on. I got glasses with him, and it was smooth. Then I got contacts with him, and I am super squeamish about putting contacts in my eye. He did my exam right, and was helpful and patient in coaching me to get my contacts in. He set up a follow up visit, which ended up being included in my initial cost, to make sure my prescription was right. He took 5 minutes to quickly determine that my prescription should be adjusted before he issued it.

The lady at the front desk that deals w/ the insurance companies, takes care of scheduling & pretty much runs the office is so nice, helpful & professional! Thank you for your great service. I would give one star, but at least they did their job so I will give them two stars. The doctor assumed I was lying when I was not, and the staff employees are rude except for one of them. I will be going to another eye doctor location for next year. They do their job, but the atmosphere makes you feel like they do not care about you. Very disappointed.
