I don't usually have high expectations of Walmart, but this particular vision center warrants recognition. They have as broad a selection as any similar retail store, their staff are informed and capable, and they offer good value, especially if you're buying children's glasses or a second pair. We found their manager on a recent weekend visit -- I think her name was Deborah -- to be extraordinarily capable and quick. Certainly makes us want to return.

Dropped off glasses to an unlicensed individual to have frame repaired Friday. Received a text on Monday that they were ready for pick up. Unfortunately not looking at the second one saying they're lunch is 1:30-2:30, arrived at 2:15 was told by the woman who I gave my glasses to she couldn't dispense glasses only receive and I had to wait for them to return from lunch. So mad, as I have to get my kids from school and now am waiting at 2:39 and the woman is not back from lunch. This is unacceptable and I'll not be purchasing any lenses (family of 5 with 4 needing them) from this location ever again. I don't need the lenses looked at just the frame fixed. So silly and if they're open they need someone available, if not close during that time.
Update it's 2:44 PM and the same lady that I gave my glasses just gave me my glasses.

Wasted my money going to this doctor. I paid for a contact exam out of pocket, and he refused to give me the prescription. He requires patients to come back at a later date after getting the exam. In my situation, however, I was out of the country for several months and was unable to complete a return visit. I verbally told the doctor the contacts worked great, and wanted to purchase some, but he refused to prescribe me without paying for ANOTHER exam. So instead of me walking out of the office with contacts, and giving his business money, he preferred I walk out with no contacts (which with my poor vision is extremely dangerous).
Needless to say I went to Lens crafters right after. Was fit for contacts and walked out with my prescription same-day. I bought contacts and lenses, totaling $500+. This doctor is penny smart, dollar stupid. He does not show compassion and is not flexible with unique situations. His poor practice is definitely going to affect his business.

If you want a good glass come to this vision center and ask for BERNICE. Before you do anything, make sure your prescription is up to date. Decide what your budget is when it comes to buying new glasses. Find frames that suit your face shape and your personality. Get measured for glasses properly. Consider whether you want to have a spare pair of glasses.

The Dr has absolutely no bedside manner. He has the people skills of a rock . Getting answers from him was like pulling teeth. I refused to get my glasses there and will be taking the prescription elsewhere. Do not bother going there.
