While I understand it's Walmart, I waited patiently for them to open only to watch two employees leisurely stroll in to open the place well after 9. No sense of urgency and no apologies for me having to wait. Don't bother.

I had an amazing experience at this vision center location. Starting with MOLLY as the optician who was so knowledgeable and took her time with helping me find the perfect glasses for my son who has a wide bridge nose.
YUSAIMY also went above and beyond when I was having issues with my insurance company. She was very patient with even after my 8th phone call!! I flet like she genuinely care and that's not something you come across a lot anymore. Super grateful for my experience here. They turned a stressful situation into a more tolerable one.

Dr. Brown is the best! I went to her when she was at Sams Club Optical for contacts and eye glasses. Her prescriptions are the best! When Dr. Brown left Sams, I tried another place (ABC&E) to get my contact and eyeglass prescription renewed. Ive been back 3 times and my vision is still blurry and I cant see anything that is arms length away without reading glasses now. It's horrible! The first chance that I get, I am definitely going to see Dr. Brown at the Walmart on Beach Blvd and Hodges! She got my prescription right the first time!!! She is excellent at what she does!!!

Probably the worst vision center you could go to. Was denied an eye exam for a commission because the optometrist told me I needed to see a specialist to fill out a simple form for a dilated eye exam. Will never be using them again.
