My visit to the Walmart Vision Center (9890 Hutchinson Park Dr Jax, FL 32225), was absolutely amazing. Adelaide went above and beyond to assist me and my granddaughter, as she looked around for new eyeglass frames. Adelaide was super friendly, very helpful, courteous, and professional. Thank you Adelaide for going above and beyond in helping her find two pairs of eyeglasses, and providing quality customer service.

Fantastic service! I would definitely recommend going here for your vision care! Ms. Malay who works at the practice went above and beyond with her customer service helping me order my contacts! It was difficult getting my correct information for my vision care insurance, however she took her time to call around until it was resolved! Do not go by their old reviews that are from like 8 to 12 months ago! They obviously have a who new team that cares! :)

My mother was scheduled for a vision appointment at the Walmart vision center on Hutchinson park drive. My complaint isn't based on the appointment but solely on the poor costumer service my mother received. Teshara was very rude, impatient, my mothers English is limited and this person had no patience and a very bad attitude towards the situation. My parents were having some issues with their insurance and wanted to make sure everything was fine,when asking the employee she ignored their question and when asked again she answered with a very nasty attitude "I told you 10 dollars" with complete disregard to the question. Overall this was a very bad and uncomfortable and time consuming experience otherwise I would not take my time to leave a complaint. Both my mom and dad were there and the way they described the situation is an act of discrimination.

Today, my wife and I were browsing products at the display at the front of the optical area. The older woman working there continued to stand in our personal space and stare after we declined assistance twice. I asked why she was staring, and she replied "Am I offending you?" After I replied "a little", she continued to stare and not move away. It was so awkward that we just put down what we were considering buying and left to find a similar item in a different part of the store.

After sitting for 30 minutes past my appointment time I asked how far they were running behind, as I had other things to do today. I was told there were two patients ahead of me, and it would be another 40-60 minutes before I was seen. She then said that they had had a medical emergency today that pushed things back. When I asked her why she didn't inform me that my appointment was going to be delayed 1 - 1.5 hours when I checked in she didn't have a response. Horrible customer service and a total disregard for patients time.

I spent 3 hours in this place! Once I finally had my exam, an hour after my appointment time I had to sit for another hour waiting for the optometrist to get back from lunch to finish ordering my glasses! I don't recommend coming here to anyone. The Dr. who did the test was great, but the lack of customer service after was horrible! If you plan to come here, packs lunch!!
