Shettle Vision

Recommended to me by my new primary care physician, I'm pleased with my first visit. Everyone was very polite, professional and friendly. It feels like a family atmosphere at the Largo location. Dr. Shettle handles the patient flow efficiently albeit it a tad fast than I'd like however everything I hoped to get dealt with was dealt with efficiently. Sandra Jarboe was extremely helpful in assisting me picking out a new frame, trying to research how best to help me with my limited budget since I don't have VSP insurance right now and very knowledgeable with my needs as well as other client's needs while I was here today. Reception hosts were polite and pre exam tests where handled safely, fully explained and efficiently. I rarely give full 5 because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity for improvement if necessary. Today I feel there is zero need for improvement as far as my visit was concerned.

Visited Shettle Vision to get a prescription filled. Sandra was very helpful and I asked about checking my vision to make sure everything was fine. She made an appointment for me to see the Dr. Shettle. When I went for my appointment everyone was very nice. Dr. Shettle checked my vision and proceeded to complete the prescription. All in all a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Shettle Vision.

Very detailed, and thorough. Dr. Shettle spent plenty of time with me to explain issues. Had great follow up to resolution. Front desk is accommodating and efficient. Overall, great experience, will be returning.

I have known Dr. Todd Shettle and his family for a couple decades. Through those decades they have maintained genuine kindness, professionalism and up to date knowledge in their craft. They went above and beyond in helping my daughter with a recent eye issue that others weren't able to help or resolve. Dr. Shettle's compassion, confidence and guidance instantly gave my 13yr old daughter relief and reassurance in trusting that her eye issue will be resolved. If youre looking for an optometrist office that cares, is professional and knowledgeable i recommend visiting Dr. Shettle and his staff. You will not be disappointed.

My previous Eye Dr was amazing but she retired. I was concerned about finding a new one, but really needed to. My sister said she loves hers and gave me Dr. Shettle's information. The whole experience was wonderful and I have high expectations. Everyone in the office was super nice and attentive, they have new technology to help provide the best care, the Dr was knowledgeable, professional with jest the right amount of personable! I found my new Eye Dr!!!

If I could give Dr. Shettle ten stars--or more--I absolutely would. I have never met a more kind, compassionate, and caring doctor. I have my eyes checked annually, and Dr. Shettle always puts me completely at ease. My daughter is also his patient, and when she once had an issue, he was incredibly thorough and made sure she was referred to exactly the right place. Our family truly thinks the world of him. Today, Dr. Shettle went above and beyond anything we could have expected. My 9-year-old grandson suffered an eye injury, and we were unsure where to take him for care. I called Dr. Shettle's office simply seeking advice. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and immediately went to speak with Dr. Shettle. Without hesitation, Dr. Shettle offered to see my grandson right away. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and reassuring, putting my grandson completely at ease while thoroughly examining him. The level of care and compassion he showed meant more to us than words can express. We are so deeply grateful for Dr. Shettle and his wonderful office staff. He truly means the world to our family, and we cannot thank him enough. Thank you, Dr. Shettle! You are truly the best of the best and we are forever grateful for you!
