All Saints Eye Center

The place is a joke. I STILL need an eye exam (my first eye exam ever, and I'm 48 btw)! I'd made an appointment weeks ago, left work early, had a 3:25 appt, waited about 30 minutes, then was told that my United Healthcare vision insurance is not accepted bc my appt was with the doctor. They then informed me that it would have to through my health insurance, which they don't accept!!!??? When the appt was originally made, they asked for my insurance info, which I provided. THEY made the appt with the doctor. I was very clear that I simply need an eye exam. Now, after spending valuable time when I could have been making money at work, I'm left with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Very unprofessional. I have to find another eye care place, make another appt for another 3-4 weeks, and ACTUALLY get a friggin EYE EXAM...grrrr Good luck with this absurdity

Staff is all ways friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Zimm explains my cataract surgery Thoroughly feel very confident in his ability. Awesome patient manners kind and understanding knows his stuff!

Although my experience with Dr Sherman was excellent, I didn't give it 5* because his assistant--not Petronia, who was delightful and competent--rushed out before the doc and without giving me a prescription as Dr Sherman ordered. I assumed it would be called in directly to my pharmacy, but no. I also believe that patient scheduling in general needs improvement. This was my first appointment where I was seen close to the scheduled appointment. I walked out and re-scheduled on the previous two times, wasting a one-hour drive. Unfortunately, prolonged waiting has been a pattern also experienced by my husband and others. Dr Sherman was friendly and caring. He answered my questions and explained patiently what changes I may expect in the future or how to stay ahead of them. In general, I had good experiences with the doctors but 45 minutes to one hour wait times more often than not indicate to me that patient scheduling needs an urgent change.

Dr Donaghy and Dr Sherman, I am so grateful for their teamwork they both did to find out my issues either a solution. They were both caring and listened to my questions and my situation and they explained to me in layman terms what was going on with my eye. I felt very comfortable, hopeful and very satisfied after I walked out of their office. From the receptionist to the assistance of the doctors, they were very professional, caring, and pleasant individuals. Every one of them are sweethearts. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone with any issues that they might have regarding their eye care.

All was done professionally and technician Eli and Dr. Zimm were both very good! Melissa, surgical counselor, was excellent also! I highly recommend!

All Saints (Dr. Zim) performed Cataract surgery ,plus vision correction on my wife and myself.My wife still requires glass's for both near and far sighted vision, plus she suffers pain and discomfort in both eyes.I still require glasses for reading and close up clarity.His follow up was minimal at best, and usually resulted in more prescription eye drops! All Saints sent us a letter informing us they would no longer treat us a patient's.The one star rating is too generous, and my advice is to avoid All Saints at any cost!

Dr Zimm is a very talented eye doctor and his office staff seem very competent. As a retired Johns Hopkins physician I am very selective in the choice of my personal doctors. My experience with All Saints Eye has been excellent.

Dr Zimm explained everything in a way I could understand. Looking forward to getting my cataracts removed and my glaucoma treated so I don't need eye drops any more. All the staff are great too!
