I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience was very disappointing.
Everglades Eyecare in North Naples charged $520 for my son's frames and lenses, which were priced at $180 at Target Optical. After I questioned the price, it was reduced to $320.
I was told the glasses would be ready before Christmas. Instead, I was strung along for nearly two months with repeated delays and changing explanations about frame availability. In the end, I was told they could not deliver the glasses at all, and my purchase was refunded.
They apologized and said they would send a small gift for the inconvenience, which never arrived.
No glasses, a significant time investment, and very poor communication. I would not recommend getting glasses here.

We met Dr. Martinez today for my 7 year old daughter and we just loved him!!! He took us right in on an emergency basis (debris in her eye) and made the visit so comfortable my daughter can't wait to go back and sit in the "cool chair"! He made her laugh, she didn't feel anything and couldn't believe how fast it was over! He was so kind and knowledgeable, it's good to know there's still good doctors out there!!!! Thank you Dr. Martinez we look forward to bringing the whole family in for our next exam!!

Fantastic staff! I am so happy with my eyeglasses, Linda adjusted my Ray bans to the perfect comfort and use level. Dr. Martinez is an amazing physician he really cares and takes no short cuts in helping you find the right prescription strength in eyeglasses and contacts.
Note; If you use Uber to get here have them drop you off at the "pewter mug" not "Everglades eye care" because their mapping software will have them drop you off at the wrong end of the building if you don't change the drop off location to "pewter mug".
