I've been going to this location for almost 10 years without insurance with ease! Staff is always very informative, kind and quick! Customer service is amazing from front desk to back of house! Special shout-out to Andrea though because she was incredibly nice, walked me through every recommendation and was an absolute pleasure to check out with! I've never had a better experience! Definitley recommend this location! :) (For transparency to anyone wondering cost: Eye exam ((without dilation or the alternative to dilation)) + 2 pairs of glasses for $95, added basic Anti-glare + UV protection to both pairs and the total was $183) Only downside is having to wait 2-3 weeks, but that's typical for any place I've ever purchased glasses at. The glasses I've purchased from here have truly lasted me years and I 100% recommend this location to anyone with or without insurance! :)

I had an amazing experience at America's Best! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and taken care of. The office manager, Samantha, was absolutely outstanding--professional, patient, and so kind. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had with confidence and care. The doctor was excellent as well--thorough, attentive, and made sure I understood everything about my eye exam and prescription. I'm so happy with my new glasses and the top-tier service I received. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I've been coming here for years & this staff is the BEST!! They truly do live up to their name & offer the BEST customer service by helping their customers. I've come here many times "after the sale" & they've helped me repair broken glasses. Today, Sami (GM) at this location helped me with my broken Vera Bradley glasses, by honoring the warranty and replacing them for free. What a Blessing she was! I recommend this location to everyone! Thank You for all you do!

The staff is amazing from the receptionist who greets you all the way through closing the deal on glasses. Problem what happened to the clear hard cases and glasses cleaning cloth. These use to be standard with each of the glasses you buy. 6 00. Plus dollars for glasses and you give out a blue cheap nasty cloth case made of rough material great for scratch your glasses. No cloth to clean my glasses this is standard. DO BETTER are you America's best or America's dime store glasses

So, I received an eye exam to get new glasses. Front desk was not very inviting. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. The young man I saw for the first vision check, he acted like he didn't want to be there. Barely spoke and didn't smile not once. Sat in the waiting room some more until I saw what I'm assuming is the main eye doctor. He was exactly the same. Was not welcoming at all. Also acted like he had better things he could be doing with his time. Then proceeded to argue with me because I refused him shining light in my eyes. I told him I get aura headaches from light and streaks of light. Still proceeded to argue with me. Treated me like a child that didn't know what she was talking about. I waited for my new glasses like they said. It took 6 weeks to get my glasses back because they messed them up. It's been about 6 months and I just had to put my lens back in and put a new screw in because every time I close my ear pieces the screw comes out. Worst experience ever getting glasses. Your front desk made me uncomfortable, your doctors made me uncomfortable and the whole experience was awful. I've never been treated that way in a professional business before. The next time I need an eye exam and new glasses, I'll be going elsewhere.

I have been coming to America's Best since I started wearing glasses over 7 years ago. This particular location took long to be seen even though I had an appointment. I am going on a trip, my glasses came in a week later and they entered the wrong # for my glasses, needless to say I didn't leave with that that day. When asked to make sure I had it by the 26th which was well over a week to correct their error I was told "I can't promise anything " not such great holiday customer service. I will not return to this location. I also bought 2 pairs of glasses by the way.
