I arrived at few minutes before my appointment. They took me right away. Theresa went right to work with my testing. She was very through! After dilating my eyes, Dr. Long came in, did her thing. We discussed next steps and I was on my way!!! Overall I can't think of anything they could do to improve my visit!! Thanks for a great visit! See y'all soon!!

Our visit was perfect fir our yearly exams. Mere wait time after arriving, maybe 10 minutes. Staff got us ready for doctor with vision tests, pressure checks, dilation in a very timely gentle manner prior to Dr. Edinger's exam. The only suggestion we have is that elderly, above 70, patients wait to leave, walk to car, drive home afterwards. Husband with Parkinson's Disease and I could not see to go out door as sunlight hit white concrete stoop and we both were blinded even with disposable shades we were given at checkout! We had plans to go eat as was lunchtime but drove carefully home instead! Maybe we'll Uber next time or take a nap there until our eyes adjust.

I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Eye Center of North Florida in Panama City Beach. On the date of service, I paid $104 for my prescription glasses frame. At that time, I was informed that the glasses would be ready for pickup within a maximum of three weeks and that I would receive a text notification once they were available. After more than three weeks passed without any communication, I contacted the office and was advised that the glasses were ready for pickup. I reside approximately one hour away and made the trip with my daughter. Upon arrival, I was informed that only the frame had arrived and that the prescription lenses were not available. We were then instructed to return on Friday, with assurance that the lenses would be available at that time. Before making another one-hour drive, I called to confirm availability and was told the glasses were still not ready. No explanation, timeline, or resolution was provided. Additionally, the level of customer service has been unacceptable. There has been no professional customer care whatsoever. During one of my calls seeking clarification, the call was disconnected, and subsequent attempts to reach the office were unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is concerning. This situation has resulted in unnecessary travel, inconvenience, and emotional distress for my child, who was repeatedly told her glasses were ready when they were not. I expect clear communication, accountability, and a prompt resolution to this matter.

We arrived prior to our appointment, and we're seen right away. The staff was helpful and courteous. The eye Dr was knowledgeable and prompt in seeing us. We left just a few minutes after our scheduled appointment time. We passed info about the Eye Center on to our neighbors.

In looking for a place to get an eye exam in PCB there were many choices online. I looked through several and read their reviews. We ended at the Eye Center and they were awesome. Staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I checked in at the front desk through the end of my appointment, this Eye Center exemplified true professionalism! Every team member I encountered was patient, warm, and welcoming. I felt valued and well-taken care of throughout my entire visit!

Appointment wait times are excessive. I waited nearly an hour to be called back. I watched 2 people reschedule their appointments because they had been waiting longer. What is the point of showing up 15 minutes early only to have to wait another hour to be called back. Once I was finally called back the tech checked everything then dilated my eyes and I was sent back to wait in the waiting room to see the Dr. I realize you are busy but my time is valuable as well. You need to Improve your processes and scheduling. I was only being seen for 20-25 minutes but was there over 2 hours. My wife's appointment was 15 minutes after mine and her wait time was longer.

I had an excellent experience with Dr.McDonald They were patient, professional, and really took time to explain everything clearly. The whole staff was friendly and efficient, and I left feeling confident and well-cared-for. Highly recommend this office for anyone needing eye care!
