Pearle Vision

My first pair of prescription glasses. Greeted with a smile and the process after maintained a friendly and pleasant atmosphere even through a very busy day. Staff answered my questions and were helpful selecting my glasses. Can't wait to get them, excited to read again. LOL

I can honestly say this was the best eye care experience I have ever had. The staff was exceptional!! The moment I walked in the door they made me feel valued and cared for. Truly amazing people! Kudos to the entire staff, you are what makes this company worth going to! Seriously, some of the best people in the world work here!

I have always received great customer service when I come here. I recently was introduced to the Oakley Meta glasses. Rich and Mezz did a great job introducing them to me and I have made a great purchase. I greatly appreciate the service I was provided this time and past. I look forward for to my next purchase at this location. Job well done team keep up the great work.

I was very impressed with the current team at the Pearle Vision store, on Thursday October 30th, 2025. The optician Dr. Nguyen was very patient, caring thorough and polite, and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I was also very pleased with the kind personable service of the optical store assistant, a wonderful caring pleasant woman, who made me feel welcome. I am sorry but I do not currently remember her name but she was wonderful. I was also very impressed with the friendly and very knowledgeable service and assistance from the store Market Manager Jamezz McKinney, who helped me pick out new frames to go with my new prescription, and was able to advise me on what my insurance covered, so I could get an affordable co-price total for my lenses and frames. He was very personable and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at this Pearle Vision store, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This was a very much improved experience from the one I had last time, two years ago, in 2023, when I just felt ok about the service and was very displeased with the constant upsell push from staff and the very high pricing to get prescription lenses done, at that time. Now this year, 2025, I am very pleased with the competitive pricing and friendly and helpful staff of the store.

Richard was amazing to work with. From the beginning, he was easy to talk with and explained the process with insurance. My glasses arrived earlier than expected although they had a scratch in the lens. Richard worked diligently to order another set of lenses. When they arrived, he swapped them out and had me out the door in minutes! Amazing individual to work with.

I recently had an eye exam at Pearle Vision and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The optometrist was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my eye health and prescription. The selection of frames was great, too. I ended up ordering new glasses right after the exam with the help of a very patient and helpful associate. Overall, Pearle Vision provided wonderful care and customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of an eye exam or new eyewear!

Great staff! Very knowledgeable, they were helpful in every way and extremely friendly. The optometrist assistant was a delight, she made me laugh and feel at ease during my appointment. The guys working in the front were a hoot and helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses without feeling rushed. Top notch customer service!

The people here are amazing. Kind, professional, friendly, and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. I liked that they sanitized everything on their equipment to keep things safe for me. EDIT: JAMEZZ is AMAZING. I had a billing issue and he was kind, respectful, patient and expert in providing customer service. Incredible assistance and I could not give enough praise! You need more associates like JAMEZZ!!! Here are a couple things that they could do better. I sat in the waiting room 45 minutes before going back and that part is frustrating. I run my own business and I know how valuable time is. I would've appreciated a phone call to let me know that they were running so far behind to adjust my arrival. The second is not having contact lens fit kit for the lens that the doctor prescribed. As a consumer, I'm ordering close to $1000 of contact lenses not knowing if they're going to be comfortable or work for me. Get some trial lenses in prescribed multi focal.
