Overall experience was very good. Scheduling of appointments needs to be reviewed. One doctor with 2 hour wait times after canceling an original appointment was not good. Torey, Erin and Dr. Megan tried to make the best out of the situation. The office really needs a deep clean and an update.

There are only 3 vision care places in my insurance network and I'm so glad I chose this one. From the moment I walked into the door from the moment I left, everybody there was so professional, accommodating, and polite. There is a high volume of customers while I was there, and everyone handled it so well. The doctor, whose name I don't remember unfortunately, was extremely down to earth and direct. And Tory was very helpful in assisting me with choosing frames and plans for glasses. Thank you Pearle Vision!

The exam and people were exceptional. Dr Kennedy was absolutely the best eye experience from start to finish. She explained everything and helped keep you involved with your exam. The drawback comes when you exercise the option in the store to purchase new frames and lenses. That process was completely performed with little imput and no opportunities to explore options. Final recommendation would be to take your new prescription and explore your options for your new frames and lenses. I felt I over paid and there is no opportunity for reconciliation on eyewear.
