So the nose pad broke off with my glasses, we walked into Eye Gallery and asked if my glasses could possibly be fixed.It was done for free! Talk about fabulous customer service! Way to go Eye Gallery!

I made an appointment online for Sept 24th 3:45pm. Someone called me and changed the appointment time to 4pm. I arrived at 10 to 4 and waited until 4:21pm before I walked out. If you have time to wait around all day, this is the place for you. Also their sign says most vision plans accepted, yet they only accept two. False advertising. I will not be back.

Not having had an eye exam in many years, I didn't know what to expect, so I stopped in one day to check things out. Mark answered my questions, checked my insurance & called me the next day to set an appt. I was greeted by Lucia who had me fill out a short form & then Becky, the tech, brought me into a very small room w/ the equipment used. The door can remain open if you are claustrophobic. Becky explained what she would be doing & we began. I sat in front of each of the 4 digital machines while she conducted the tests. It's a bit uncomfortable, but Becky asked me throughout if I was ok. Then I sat in a different chair where you are checked for lenses, should you need glasses. During that time, an optometrist via Telehealth online speaks to you. After this test you can discuss the results & ask questions.
This is a very competent & caring staff & the store is bright & airy w/ lots of great frames to choose from. And the Pier Park location can't be beat.

I met the most awesome person there: Lucha! She was absolutely amazing! I wasn't in there to buy anything I was just looking around. In conversation with her she noticed how bad my Ray Bans were. She took them in the back cleaned them up and tightened all the screws and have them back to me. I asked her what do I owe you she said "nothing" just wanted to help. Highly recommend stopping in there!

She explained everything so I knew what to expect. She did a great job. The store manager, Diane was very helpful in helping me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses. Great experience.
