I've been a customer of Atlas Eye Center for about 12 years. Fantastic place! But what makes it truly a cut above is the staff. Stacey is phenomenal! She's patient, professional and possesses a fantastic personality. She's a perfectionist and won't let me leave the office until both of us are 100% satisfied. And on numerous occasions she's been a miracle worker when I accidentally damaged my glasses to get them back to normal within minute and saved me the cost of buying new ones. I have been a patient at Dr. Atlas's office for almost 20 years, and it has always been a pleasure. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient. Although Dr. Atlas recently retired, I had the opportunity to see Dr. Papan and was very impressed with her care. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Afterward, I met with Heath, who provided individualized service with my contact lenses. He always takes the time to ensure I have the best options and finds the most competitive prices and rebates. I am very happy with Dr. Papan as well as Heath that helped me with choosing frames. The office is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. It's very refreshing when so often nowadays that businesses treat you like a number vs a human being.
