I will definitely not return to this place or recommend it to others. Dr. Bita lacked courtesy and professionalism, displaying loud and discourteous behavior that was unacceptable. The office environment was clearly unsanitary, with cluttered examination rooms and a visible layer of dust. During a routine eye exam with my partner, we both noticed that staff and the doctor failed to disinfect the equipment between patients--a standard practice using alcohol wipes. Unfortunately, I later developed an eye infection. While the front desk staff were kind and soft-spoken, they were clearly uncomfortable, repeatedly being approached by the doctor for corrections or rebukes. This situation didn't reflect a caring or respectful approach to management. I was promised my prescription via email, but after two days, I still haven't received it. When I called Dr. Bita Sabripor to inform her of my infection, she immediately began making excuses, insisting it couldn't have come from her office and claiming such incidents never happen. She offered no words of comfort or concern. At this point, I wouldn't even consider returning for treatment of the infection.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sabripour for over 10 years, and I cannot say enough about how compassionate, caring, and truly dedicated she is. As someone with severe vision problems and a very high prescription, along with numerous complications over the years, I can honestly say she has always been there for me. No matter the challenge, she has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Even after moving farther away, we still make the drive because she is absolutely worth it. It's hard for me to imagine how anyone could have a negative experience with her, but as the saying goes, you can't please everybody. What I can share is my own 10-year history, which speaks volumes: if you are looking for a highly qualified, compassionate, and capable eye doctor who truly puts her patients first, Dr. Sabripour is that person. One example that shows just how much she cares: before I was leaving the country, she actually went out of her way to meet me at the office on a day it was closed, just so I wouldn't have to travel without my contacts. That is the kind of kindness and commitment that she brings to my experience with her. Five stars simply aren't enough. Thank you so much, Dr. Sabripour, for everything you've done for me and my family--we absolutely adore you.

Dr. Bita was so patient and compassionate while helping me with my double vision issue. She carefully reviewed my past medical history to fully understand how I got to where I am today, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She even worked with me on pricing where she could to help me out. After months of struggle, I was finally able to see single vision for the first time in over 18 months. The moment brought such a strong emotional reaction that I cried tears of joy and optimism for the future. Dr. Bita truly feels like a superhero in my eyes -- I'll always call her my Ocular Oracle!

I took my little brother for his first eye exam, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming, but the doctor was not kind, not talkative, and gave no explanation about what she was doing. She used only one machine during the exam I couldn't tell if it was an auto-refractor, visual field test, or something else and the whole process felt very rushed. My little brother is a sensitive and shy child, and I tried to be near him to help him feel comfortable. Instead of politely asking me to move, the doctor physically put her hands on me and moved me, which is completely inappropriate. I am an adult, and there is never a reason to put hands on a patient or family member. At one point, she asked me to point to what my brother was seeing, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. She later said she needed to dilate his eyes "to see" -- but that seemed to be the only procedure she relied on. The worst part? When we left, we didn't receive his eyeglass prescription. I was told it would take 48 hours because they needed to bill the insurance first. This makes no sense by law, prescriptions should be given immediately after the exam is completed. This delay feels like their problem, not ours. Having worked with an optometrist before, I can confidently say this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've witnessed. I will be interested to hear what excuse they come up with for withholding the prescription. My mother doesn't speak English, and she never agreed to have my brother's eyes dilated. This doctor's behavior was unacceptable. Please understand that you should never touch someone without proper explanation or consent(I only got close once)If I had taken my brother alone, what excuse would you have used about the legal guardian? There was absolutely no explanation given--period. There was no reason to block any interaction, and I only approached my brother once. Who wouldn't feel frustrated with the kind of treatment we received from this doctor? I told my mom, "Let's go," because the experience was so poor.

I didn't enjoy my time here and I was not the patient. Just remember she will continue to say she's been doing it over 30+ years...No other explanation needed, but I guarantee that the eye doctor herself will respond with a defensive response. ~Dr. Peck~

It was my first time coming here for my eyes and I had an outstanding experiencing getting my eye exams, glasses, and contact lens fitting in this office thanks to Dr. Sabripour and her team! I have very bad astigmatism and previously had trouble with contact lens and glasses prescription that were given from another place, which consistently gave me headaches and dizziness. Thanks to Dr. Sabripour's years of experience working in this field, she knew exactly how to address my concerns and gave me a brand new prescriptions for contact lens and glasses. Her new prescriptions allowed me to see SO MUCH better. I feel so natural in the contact lenses that she has given me and no longer experience any headaches and dizziness.

Me and my 2 kids went for an eye exam a few weeks ago. What an amazing experience. The doctor and the staff just incredible. I have told everyone I can when they need GO HERE. I'm so thankful it's not always so easy to get your kids to have an exam. And she make made it fun for them. Thank you!

Dr. Bita, was fantastic with my family, primarily with my son who was getting fitted for his first set of contacts. Dr and staff were friendly, helpful, patient and professional...Great atmosphere and prices were excellant
