Dr. Bita Sabripour, OD

After using the same optometrist for 47 years...yes, since 1979...I was nervous about finding someone new, especially after his practice was sold to a corporation and the quality of care noticeably declined. I didn't realize how much I missed truly personal, attentive care until my first visit with Dr. Bita Sabripour. My experience with Dr. Sabripour was far better than I ever expected. She was professional, attentive, understanding, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness. After dilating my eyes, she even followed up with a text to make sure I got home safely and took the time to reiterate what she had found during the exam. That level of care is rare these days. I would...and already have...recommended Dr. Sabripour to anyone looking for a truly outstanding eye doctor. She is a breath of fresh air in a world where personalized care is becoming harder to find.

I will definitely not return to this place or recommend it to others. Dr. Bita lacked courtesy and professionalism, displaying loud and discourteous behavior that was unacceptable. The office environment was clearly unsanitary, with cluttered examination rooms and a visible layer of dust. During a routine eye exam with my partner, we both noticed that staff and the doctor failed to disinfect the equipment between patients--a standard practice using alcohol wipes. Unfortunately, I later developed an eye infection. While the front desk staff were kind and soft-spoken, they were clearly uncomfortable, repeatedly being approached by the doctor for corrections or rebukes. This situation didn't reflect a caring or respectful approach to management. I was promised my prescription via email, but after two days, I still haven't received it. When I called Dr. Bita Sabripor to inform her of my infection, she immediately began making excuses, insisting it couldn't have come from her office and claiming such incidents never happen. She offered no words of comfort or concern. At this point, I wouldn't even consider returning for treatment of the infection.

My initial experience with Dr. Bita Sabripour was positive, but subsequent interactions were deeply unprofessional. Towards the end of last year, she deliberately withheld my prescription, seemingly to pressure me into using my benefits on eyewear from her office, despite my preference for LensCrafters. As a result, she delayed providing my prescription until the new year, after my benefits had expired, causing unnecessary financial loss. This conduct is both unethical and reflects a troubling focus on profit over patient care. I strongly advise potential patients to consider this before choosing Dr. Sabripour.

Dr. Bita is a great optometrist. She is very skilled and offers all the guidance you may need. Her exams were also very thorough. Dr. Bita was able to help me be seen by a specialist as well in a timely manner. 100/100 recommend her for all your future eye exams!

Dr. Bita is amazing. A very caring doctor who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the help that you need.

Dr. Bita and her staff has been absolutely amazing in taking care of the needs of my entire family of 5 with Ophthalmology issues as well as medical issues relating to my eyes! She even was able to make my 5 year old completely comfortable during his exam! He wasn't scared at all after seeing her :) She's flexible with her schedule and will do whatever is needed to provide the most professional and supportive care you need. I have been a patient since 2014. I recommend this doctor and her office 100%

I have been going to Dr. Sabripour for over 8 years. She is very caring and thorough, and her expertise and experience in her field is obvious! It's nice to have an eye doctor who's looking out for your best interests.

I have been wearing glasses/contacts to see for about 20 years, and let me tell you, Dr.Bita is the most pleasant doctor I've ever encountered. When you arrive at her office the energy is always so welcoming and friendly. Her staff is always knowledgeable, and nice. Dr. Bita is always thorough with me in my visits, and accommodating. I don't know how many other doctors will go over and beyond for their patients like she does. I appreciate her so much, down to earth and the best OD hands down!
