First time customer and I am beyond satisfied! Miriam , Pricilla, and Natalie were so welcoming upon arrival and that settled me so much. The Dr. was very kind and knowledgeable, he approached the appointment with ease and informed me of every step he was doing. Special shout out to Miriam! She helped me choose a frame and she has great fashion taste! Came with the need of both glasses and contacts and left with both ordered under an hour. Can definitely say this will be my new home for anything vision!

Always a great experience when getting my yearly eye exam and restock of contacts and glasses. Dr. Nguyen is very personable, honest, and efficient. I love that I'm able to go in and out in a timely manner and go about the rest of my day. The front desk staff are also great to deal with, very warm and friendly and always willing to help.

Great office with a awesome choice of glasses. The employees were great, I had the Manager Priscilla help me out. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely be coming back for my next pair.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Dao Nguyen. Very professional, thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend if you're looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares about their patients.

I went to MyeyeDr. and had an eye exam. While the doctor was professional and thorough, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. After spending time selecting frames and lenses, I was clearly quoted a price of $450. I said I needed time to think about it. When I returned a week later, I was told the price had suddenly increased by $79 and that they would not honor their original quote. This lack of integrity and inconsistency is unacceptable. I am very disappointed by how this was handled, and they have completely lost my business. I will be taking my prescription and ordering my glasses elsewhere. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have already purchased my prescription sunglasses elsewhere, where I was treated with respect. Your failure to stand by your word has cost you a customer.
