These chains are all the same. Like fast food restaurants. They check you in and you wait and get the same service. Except waited for two hours to be seen for less than 10min. I came for my eye that was irritating me. Gave me some wash samples and that's it. Of course my eye didn't feel different . Called and told them of course they wanted me to pay again to make another appt lol yeah right. Never again . Maybe the Medicare pt can afford to pay copays not me

My appointment was at 9:30 AM and I didn't see the doctor until after noon. Absolutely ridiculous. I discovered that there were several people in the crowded waiting room that had the same time as mine for the same doctor. They all said it was normal to wait over two hours. The place was not clean either. There was a sign in the waiting room that said 2 to 3 hour wait is to be expected. Totally unacceptable.

IF only all of my Dr's were like Dr Kubal!. Terrific staff and awesome care from Dr Kubal, his PA's (last one I saw was Ryan. I think he was better than a couple other Dr's in the practice!). How kind they were and urgently scheduled my surgery within 2 days of when I first saw them. That was the day after the ER. I was in a true emergency and they quickly addressed my problems. I can't recommend them enough and especially Kubal.

I made a appointment at this facility with a referral and it was a month and half wait. Kept calling to get a earlier appointment as soon as possible. I was having a serious issue with my eye. Finally got a earlier appointment and confirmed my appointment by email and a call from the office. 2 hours later received a call that they didn't accept my insurance. I feel in my 3 and half week wait that should have been checked!!! Very disorganized facility and I feel that really don't care about the seriousness of eye issues. I called to speak to the office manager and no results for my eye issues. I would stay clear of this office if you care for your eyes!! Very disappointed with the compassion of my eye issues and my concerns. STAY CLEAR of this facility. Yeah the day before my appointment!!!!!! Unprofessional customer service!!!!!

I must say that Your Eye Specialists.... YES is one of the best doctors office that takes care of your vision....from day 1 they have been helpful and courteous...the office and patient rooms are clean and immaculate...and every effort is made to be sure your treatment is the best....
I have recently had a cataract removed by Dr. Kabal and he also is a Top Rate professional....I am now scheduled for a 2nd cataract to be removed....
They again are the best....
