Karin was great to work with. She is pleasant and gave me her opinions as requested. She walked me through every decision and advised me regarding all my options along the way. She was able to get my new glasses to me within a week. I would absolutely recommend.

I found the optician to be very curt and rude. I wanted the advise of an experienced optician. She could care less if I bought the glasses. I have purchased glasses at Charlotte Optical before and had a positive experience. Hence, Why I returned for her opinion. Never again, I found service from another optician with just as much experience. BOOM! I got glasses and sun glasses.

Responding to review from Tiffany C. : Hi Tiffany, we don't handle, fit or sell contact lenses at Charlotte Optical. We only provide prescription eye wear. Maybe your contact lens fitting issue took place at a different practice?

Waited 2 weeks for trial contacts to come in.. they had them after a week.. but had to wait another week for appointment.. couldn't get them flimsy things in so I hand them to her and she says try these... they didn't fit my eye so I said let me try the other ones again and put my hand out.. she says I dont have them i said gave them to you when I cam out the bathroom.. went back in the bathroom.. they weren't in the bathroom or the the bathroom garbage.. I said i dont have them you do. I was no where but standing here and the bathroom.. I dont have them you do.. she gets snotty with me and says we don't have them.. where else could they possibly be then? She said idk what to tell you we will have to order them again.. or how about you look for the ones you lost.. I waited 2 weeks and you lost them.. she tells me we don't have them... you couldn't pay me to come back to this place.. that twit of a doctor is a snot
