My husband and I both went in with new prescriptions for glasses. We weren't sure what we wanted. Working with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and outgoing . Not only did she help us find exactly what we wanted but we felt so happy when we left. the store on tamiami in port charlotte should pet customers know about there 10 min grace time when you call in an say your stuck in traffic. i was two mins over an took the day off to come and cover a canceled appt. i would have turned around and went home but instead thy waited until i got there to tell me... sorry your two mins over the grace period. an yes we take walk in but not today. this is a terrible way to treat your customers.

At 63 years old and accustomed to seeing poorly and no longer driving at night I stopped by my Port Charlotte Eyeglass World. Dr. Troffoli discovered I had cataracts in both eyes now two months later I can see!!! My prescription now is so minimal. I did revisit the store to get a nice pair of polarized fishing glasses and met Colleen, she quickly helped me with my new glasses and I couldn't be happier. Great place to go if you are looking for eye health assistance instead of a retail outlet that pushes sales. They have compassion for the patient first sales second, this should be rewarded with new customers. Thank you and Happy New Year !

I walked in expecting a "Doc in a box" eye exam, what I got blew me away. Great staff, friendly service, and a comprehensive eye exam.
Dr Toffoli was friendly, informative, and engaging. He took time to answer all my questions.
I then went out for frames and Mallory was a big help. She let me pick as many frames as I wanted and helped me whittle down my choices with patience and honesty.
I would recommend Eyeglass World to anyone. In fact, I already have.
