I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Taibbi and the entire team at The Eye Associates and at St. Lucy's Surgery Center in Port Charlotte. From my very first appointment, Dr. Taibbi took his time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and all of my treatment options. He truly cares about his patients and makes you feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and the results have been life-changing. I honestly didn't realize how much my vision had deteriorated until after surgery -- I can now see so much clearer and sharper than I have in years. The surgeries were carefully planned, and every detail of the aftercare was clearly explained. The surgery center itself is incredibly organized and streamlined. They have truly perfected the process. I received a call beforehand to prepare me, a follow-up call immediately after surgery, and I was seen the next morning, one week later, and again one month after surgery. The follow-up care was exceptional. I feel truly blessed that I chose Dr. Taibbi and St. Lucy's Eye Surgery Center. I highly recommend Dr. Taibbi to anyone considering cataract surgery. You will be in excellent hands.

I really enjoy my appointments with Dr.Thompson, she explains what my eye needs are and treats them appropriately. The staff and Dr. Thompson are very friendly and respectful. I always receive text reminders of my upcoming appointments which is a plus for me and complete the online registration. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and her staff.

I really like The Eye Associates!! Today was my first day as a new patient. The Staff were very friendly. Dr McCracken was very thorough and helped me a lot. I highly recommend The Eye Associates!!

Wait time was minimal. I saw Dr. Simoneao and she was extremely nice. I was very impressed with Brian (did the pre-testing for the Dr.). He was thorough and explained everything as he did it making me totally comfortable.

I give the highest marks to this office! I drive 3 hours, each way, it's that good. Staff is super friendly, explain everything, and most importantly they don't mind questions. In these times of healthcare coverage uncertainty, they make you feel like a partner. Dr. McCracken is so thorough and takes the time to explain every aspect of your eyes. I couldn't be more impressed with her! Lastly, although I didn't need to work with their optometry department, I watched them fix glasses for a better fit and to help customers with new glasses. I wanted to sit longer just to watch them help people. So kind!

I have MSA and any appointment can be an ordeal for me. I was comfortable and able to go through the complete exam without any problems. Love that the staff speak so clearly
