Dr. Chan was fantastic! Very thorough and takes the time to answer questions and explain things. My husband and I have been trying to find an eye doctor we love in the area, but have not had much luck and have been to MANY places from Punta Gorda to North Port, but I think we finally found the one! Front desk was great too. Jennifer Lopez helped me choose and finalize my glasses, was super patient with giving me multiple options and explaining everything in detail and didn't rush me even for a second even though they were closing and almost everyone else went home. Greatly appreciate the service and my husband and I absolutely loved our experience!

It has been awhile since I was so impressed with a business. The people that work here are professional. There was a full inventory of men's and women's glasses to select from and the doctor was very thorough with her examinations as well as sharing information with us. The gentleman who fitted us for progressive glasses was also very thorough and explained everything in detail. Very happy with this location and we will be going back regularly.

Steve at the Port Charlotte Store was fantastic and was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects from lenses to frame fitting. I had my eye exam here last March and everything went fine. Based on that experience, I scheduled an eye exam for my husband. Unfortunately, we had a vehicle breakdown and called to explain the situation and reschedule the appointment a week out.
After that, the office staff called to confirm the appointment--but gave the wrong date. When I corrected them, the staff member had a noticeably poor attitude.
Today, I called again because our vehicle issue turned out to be much more serious than expected, and I needed to cancel my husband's upcoming appointment. I was told there is a 48-hour cancellation policy--which we followed both times--yet I was informed we would still be charged a "no-show" fee.
I do not understand how canceling in advance qualifies as a no-show, especially for circumstances beyond our control. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I will not be returning, and I will be finding a new provider for my husband. I will not be paying a "no show" fee when I did what was asked of me. Talk to your front end staff, their attitude is poor.

Doctor Chan was extremely knowledgeable. She took her time and really found the best fit for me gave me solutions to my dry eye that I was unaware of as well picking out glasses was a very fun experience. Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable. He Helped me find the right fit for the kind of lenses that I needed. It was almost as if we were at a comedy show while he was. Assisting us it was great and very memorable. I highly recommend this place!!

My previous perscription changed and I wanted to replace my two year old glasses Ordered two glasses, clear and sunglasses, same frame as I have now. In and out in 15 min or less and was able to use the 60% off coupon the mailed me about a month ago. I could not be more pleased.

Chris has n customer service too great care of my wife and I. He made terrific recommendations regarding which glasses fit our faces best and what type of lenses to put in them and he didn't hard sell us or guide us to the more expensive frames / lenses etc. I'd give Chris 10 stars if I could.
