Our family loves the team at Maggiore Family Eye Care!! Their office is located close to home and we never have an issue getting an appointment. Very clean and professional. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had a minor emergency. They got me in quickly as well as scheduled a sane day laser surgery for my eye. Definitely recommend them for the little things to contacts/glasses and annual visits!!

This was my first visit to this eye doctor, I was very impressed with their services and their staff. Very professional and courteous. I was quite surprised that the doctor was so young, but she was very skillful in her profession. I definitely would go back again and recommend this eye doctor to my friends.

Recently, they were able to get me an appointment on short notice when I had an eye problem before an important trip. They are always professional, friendly and very accommodating. I have been wearing gas-permeable contact lenses for over 50 years. Upon needing a new pair, my doctor sent me to Dr. Maggiore. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Needless to say, it has been DECADES since my contacts have felt so good. I will definitely go back when I need to replace my reading glasses. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you wear hard contact lenses, this is the place to go.

I am glad I found the eye doctor online . My daughter is only 9 years old I need to make sure she had an eye doctor check up besides the one she had for her pediatrician. She works in computers in the school and is better to be safe than worries . I was very pleased with there work very professional and most importantly so far my daughter is good with her eye vision.

Dr Maggiore is always forthcoming about your eye health and make professional recommendations regarding any treatments that may be needed. I appreciate that. The optical department/optician is very helpful and does not push or upsell products. Thank you in advance for my continuing eye health care.

From bad to worse, each interaction was punctuated by more frustration and inattention to my needs. At the end of my endeavor simply trying to get contacts I could see out of, I am more frustrated and distrustful of professionals than ever. This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life as far as visits to medical and healthcare professionals go. This ridiculously long period had started on July 2nd when I went to get help with sudden vision problems. After paying an exorbitant fee of nearly $300 for the visit, I left with contact lenses I could not see out of at all. Although told by Dr. Madonna to give it more time as my prescription changed quite a bit, it didn't get much better even after a month. I went back in August 14th still struggling to see well where Dr. Madonna was extremely unprofessional in her demeanor and actions. On top of telling me I had 20/20 vision despite squinting and guessing struggling to read the eye chart, she also said I would likely struggle to ever see correctly due to the astigmatism in my right eye. What's worse, I also had to pay for the visit and wait even longer for the new trial lenses to come in. I waited over two weeks for them, all without seeing well and with poor communication from them on their slow progress. When I finally picked up the new lenses on September 3rd, I noticed a night and day change when first putting them in to now being able to see perfectly in the new lenses with all problems disappearing like magic, a far cry from the supposed permanent issues suggested. Hoping to finally order more of the new contacts, I requested the new script from them on September 10th after making sure the new contacts are indeed still the correct fit, but I am mistakenly mailed two of the exact same scripts for eyeglasses not contact lenses in separate envelopes! I get a new script in the mail on September 20th, but the base curve and diameter did not match what is actually printed on my trial contact lenses' packaging. On September 23rd, the base curve has been changed but the diameter is still wrong. After doing self research, I discover that the diameter for Acuvue Vita is always the same. Figuring out that it shouldn't be an issue, I was thankfully finally able to order the new lenses from an online retailer and receive them with no problems at all. It has taken me nearly three months and over $300 later just to get a simple eye test and contact lens prescription that actually enables me to see correctly without issues! For such sub-par care, this whole undertaking has been so stressful and wrought with continual incompetence from an uncaring doctor. I highly do not recommend this doctor nor this eye care center for anything as literally everything that could go wrong did. I would love to rate this doctor and center zero or negative stars. I will never get back those three months of frustration nor time spent not being able to see. I could have gotten in a car accident at any time had I happened to have been driving while not being able to see as I'm nearsighted and struggle to read street signs unless very close to them. It was a very precarious and unproductive time for me as it even limited my ability to perform basic daily functions as well as my job correctly as I tried to squint and suffered headaches and almost kept running into things just trying to see. The only remotely positive thing I can say is the gentleman who took my information and conducted the initial tests was always helpful, kind, and pleasant to interact with. I went here based on the high ratings, but now I am more cynical and distrustful of the American healthcare system than ever before. I am signaling my dissatisfaction, disappointment, and displeasure by never conducting business with your establishment ever again. I only went here after my previous very caring, trusted doctor suddenly, tragically passed away from COVID-19 and I was left scrambling to find another one. I will now need to find another doctor and hope the next time won't be nearly as unpleasant as these ones were!
