Wow! Go see Richard and Denise at Eyeglass Maxx! What great service I got from Richard today! He went above and beyond to help with adjusting and fixing my glasses in a pinch. Great conversation as well. Denise was fantastic as she helped me find light weight frames! Both were kind and made me feel welcome as well as I could come back anytime and fine what I needed! 5 Star Service - Highly recommended!

The owner, the doctor, the helper, these guys got me in on a same day appointment so my son could get glasses for his dmv test that afternoon. And guess what? He passed . If it wasn't for this team working hard and accommodating our urgent needs it wouldn't have happened. So grateful for your accommodation and kindness and vetting us out in time.i will see you in the futur

Wow! Wow! And wow! I'm in awe of the customer service and kindness, me and my daughter received today. My daughter was in her 3rd pair of eyeglassses for the year, lol, and in an emergency needed them to be fixed. Jamey went above and beyond to assist me and my 10 year old. We definitely will be a returning customer! Thank you again Jamey!! You are truly appreciated

Richard was absolutely amazing he helped so much and was so patient with my crazy 3 year old touching everything! He helped us get 2 new frames and even went the next step to ensure we left happy! He called other store locations and made it possible for us to get his frames the same day! Thank you so much Richard!!

Should have went here first when looking for glasses. Rich was so very helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly and funny. I got two pair of progressives for the same price as one at a competitor. AND I got both pair within four days!! Rich was very knowledgeable about frames, lenses, and even why different contact lenses fit differently. Super nice and funny. Also large selection of frames. I have heard from others how good their warranties are. My new go to for vision.

(FAMILY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS) I made an appointment in March to get glasses and contacts. They have the best deals on eye exams and glasses. I got the package with contacts as well. I have had glasses and contacts before but it was about 15 years ago. They were very kind with teaching me how to put in my contacts and how take them out (Its harder than you may think lol). I LOVE my glasses they have ALL the different styles of frames. They also have prescription sunglasses (that will be my next purchase). They have a film they can put on glasses that is not tinted but helps with the UV rays which I am SO happy I got. They also can do transition lenses! Everyone was so nice, I am SO happy I came here to get my exam and glasses! I will be telling everyone I know about them! They are a local family owned business! Support small businesses

Dr. Thompson is wonderful! Virginia (optical sales consultant) is patient and very efficient at her job, I will always wait for her to help me with my selection of glasses. This is the 3rd pair of glasses for me with Virginia as my consultant, the 1st two fit perfectly!! Can't wait to get my new pair. Highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx of Port Charlotte!
