I wouldn't even give this hack a single star, but it's the lowest allowed. Extremely slow in initial exam and when glasses came in, Couldn't even see thru them. Fitter said prescription was wrong and refunded money for glasses. As far as exam that cost $80 I was told I would have to speak with the doctor. Waited to be able to do that and he would only offer to re-do the exam later that week. Insisted I wanted a refund, that waiting that long for a redo was too long and explained that I didn't trust him to get it right when he screwed it up the first time. He refused a refund. I went elsewhere.
