I had a wonderful experience at Optical Outlets. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, kind, and professional. They were attentive and assertive while still making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Yanet , who assisted me, was especially knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She made purchasing my glasses smooth and stress-free. When I needed to exchange my glasses for a different pair, she handled the situation efficiently and with great patience. She was very informative, took the time to explain everything clearly, and ensured that my concerns were fully addressed. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. The ambiance of the office is calm and peaceful, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better. Check-in was swift, greeted nicely, orderly service. Light hearted yet respectful atmosphere. Michelle & Yanet were great in answering my questions & helping me pick out a pair of glasses. Glad to do business here & look forward to future visits.

Yanet went out of her way to make sure I felt taken care of. The girls there along with the doctor are pleasant and very caring. They ensure a comfortable experience as busy as they are Most of my interaction was with her and I think she is definitely doing the job she is supposed to and much more! I shopped at Optical Outlets for 2 pair of glasses. One for everyday wear another for outdoor wear. No problems with the sunglasses but the other pair just didn't work for me. Originally I worked with Marie who did an excellent job helping me. When I returned with my issue, Yanet assisted me. She figured out right away what the problem was. The glasses were too big for the measurements of my eyesight. So she took me, showed me what all the measurements were and why I was having such a hard time seeing out of the glasses. I never knew that glasses had sizes, but they do so she told me what size I needed. I went and found a pair. I haven't received them yet but hopefully when I do, they will be perfect. Yanet did an amazing job. She was very thorough and explaining everything to me she was awesome. Thank you Yanet.

Yanet did such an amazing job helping pick out glasses especially because I'm very picky. She helped me understand my measurements and saved me a lot of time looking for glasses that were going to be too small for me. She was also very knowledgeable of all the packages since I came in as self pay. Thank you so much

My daughter and I are both first time customers. She came in last week and while there I happened to mention to Maria how my daughter mentioned she needed glasses and I made an appointment for her right away but yet I have needed to make an appointment for myself for 3 years and haven't made the time. She made one for me right then and there for the following week. When I came in I was informed that my daughter's glasses were ready. Quick turn around for that. When it came time to order mine, Maria was extremely helpful. She even helped get me the cheapest price.

Yanet was really wonderful &she helped me picked out two perfect pair of glasses. She was patient and very helpful & her service was excellent.
