DR Giovanni Taibbi preformed both my cateract & implant surgery. Dr Taibbi is a very personable, caring excellent surgeon and person. The entire staff are excellent, kind, caring and top notch at their jobs.

Staff are all very nice and helpful, however the billing department have no clue what they are doing. I do not want to speak to someone in a foreign country regarding my billing who does not understand how to have a conversation but only repeats from a script.

I had cataract surgery. I was given a quote & paid in full. A month and a half later I got a 'surprise' bill of almost double. The reason they said is because the amount I paid in full was only an estimate. Just wow!

This was my first eye exam and I was highly impressed with Dr. Taibbi and his staff. They made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail so I could understand. My surgery went great and the staff at St. Lucys was also fantastic. I'm so thankful that I was referred to this practice.

My cataract surgery is 3 weeks away but after completing all the preliminary paperwork and exams I must say my experience so far has been great. Very professional and helpful staff including Dr Liss, Erin, and Christina. Today after completing the measurements for my eyes for the proper lenses Denise went out of her way to help resolve a billing issue, which is not even her job. She led me to Mary in billing who not only resolved my issue right away but called me at home to let me know my account was reimbursed and a receipt was being sent by mail. Thank you, Mary and to all the staff for making sure I was taken care of and felt valued.

Although anxious about the first eye cataract surgery, everything went very smoothly & hoping for positive results. So far only 24 hours post op, eye is doing very well! Looking forward to getting the other eye done to see how much better my eyesight has improved. All of the staff were very helpful, accommodating, & caring.

Excellent caring doctor. Very thorough exam, explains procedures in detail. Takes his time and answers all questions. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Taibbi for sharing your excellence.

Everyone was very proffessional and made me feel comfortible.i really appreciated the dr calling me later that night to see how i was feeling.was a little apprehensive getting the procedure done but now i ll be totally relaxed next wk with my other eye
