This practice formerly known as Quigley eye associates was good. When eye associates purchased this facility there billing department has been the most inefficient, rude and do not honor there word. My Dr Simoneau is the best and caring. The staff is also welcoming.

I was seen at Eye Associates on 1/29/29 for evaluation for cataract surgery.The evaluation went well,Dr Sara Bijon talked to me and explained the surgery.I was unable to stay another 45 min for someone to talk to me due to my other commitment that day and I was told that someone will contact me the next day.No one ever called . I waited until 2/25/26 and I called to see if they can schedule.The person I spoke with said that someone will call me back since he doesn't schedule surgeries.Two days later still no call. I called back and the same story again...someone will return my call ,maybe next week...she couldn't tell for sure.So, I don't know what kind of business is this and how can they be so careless about their patients?

It seems like when I go into the Port Charlotte location I sit at least an hour past my appointment time. Yesterday I had enough and I walked out. Enough is enough. When I sit there and see people come in the door and walk in within a couple minutes it gets on a person's nerves. My time matters to me. It was bad enough getting caught in traffic. I was 2 minutes after 2:00 when I walked in due to traffic. My appointment was for 2:00. My last appointment I sat there over an hour after my appointment time before I was called in. Not any more. I'm done. After sitting in the waiting room for far too long 40 minutes I had enough.

I had cataract surgery. I thought I paid in full but then got a surprise bill a month an a half later with quite a bit of money. The reason they said is because it was an 'estimate' of the amount of money that was told to me in the first place. Be prepared to pay almost double of the original quote :(

More than a full week later glasses are still in process despite a 5 day expectation date offered at time of service. Glad I didn't want to see anything. I've spoken to Steven three times in the last week as of today glasses still not ready with no explanation or eta offered. More than (3) full weeks has passed. At least they found me in their system. Revised review: picked up glasses staff said "your all set" so I guess I'm all set

I come to the one in Port Charlotte, Florida. Myself and my two children and my two boys. They were wonderful for all of us quick no sitting in the waiting room for three hours. That helps when you get kids the gentleman who is the eye tech when you walk in. He's originally from New Hampshire. He was a great guy to my kids brought him over size their glasses joked with them. An asset definitely. Have that Man on your staff. As far as the Receptionist, efficient quick get your appointment for next time. The doctor she Graduated from Purdue. Very personable very smart as well as the other people who take you in and get you going and they're all wonderful people. Thank you for being kind of my family Especially my two boys. See you in three months for my son's follow up. Thanks The Fiore Family

I would recommend her to anyone coming here thats in need of an eye doctor, that has her skills and professionalism. She is well established, smart, young and intelligent.
