Got an email that my appointment was canceled. I called to reschedule but no answer after a couple tries. Left my number for a call back but no call back. Then got an email to confirm the original time so I assumed everything was fine. Arrived minutes before the scheduled appointment to be told it was canceled. They were able to fit me in so everything was fine. I called several times today with questions but no answer. Left my number for a callback but again no callback. Attitude up front below expectations. Doctor was great.

Dr. Hadland and staff do an excellent job evaluating, examining, and explaining whatever might be happening with your eyes. I never felt what I said was discounted. Everyone listened and responded with suggestions that I found helpful. The clinic is well-run and it was easy to get an appointment. I also liked the convenience of filling out the paperwork in advance and also in having the choice to pay in advance the co-pay. Very slick!! All are very personable too! I hope they have continued success in this location!!

Everybody was nice, accommodating and easy to talk to. I am however, disappointed with the exam. It would appear that the assistant did the majority of the exam while doctor used info to quickly asses.My expectation is for a licensed doctor to do the actual exam for vision .

The provider (KK) assessed my situation for less than 2 minutes. She said she was going to send a referral for an MRI ( on Monday,) To date ,, now Friday no referral for MRI was sent. I called the radiology center where the referral was to be sent ... they never received it. Sloppy and inefficient.
