Everyone is always so friendly and personable. Not only is their customer service excellent but the providers provide high-quality care. I've been going to them for years and they are consistent in the care that they provide. The environment is also very cleanly and has a very upscale atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Gulf Coast Eye Center for many years and they are wonderful. First-class operation. All the staff members are professional and very friendly. They make you feel welcomed and like family, not a number. A few years ago I got shingles and it spread into my left eye. Dr Bovio immediately diagnosed the issue and we embarked on a rigorous treatment program that required me to visit their office every week for several months. I got to know pretty much everyone at the practice, and they were all so supportive and amazing - they really took care of me. Under Dr Bovio's care, the infection cleared up quickly. When I need new glasses, they have a great selection of frames; and Irka always does a great job of fitting them and making sure I'm all set up correctly and comfortably. Again, wonderful personalized attention. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Eye Center for all your eye care needs!

I went to this optical office with the intention of purchasing regular eyeglasses for my son, paying in cash and using a prescription from another doctor. From the beginning, I was clear that I was not interested in designer brands, as that is not my lifestyle and I do not find it necessary to pay high prices for glasses that, being for a teenager, could easily be lost. Upon entering, I noticed that most of the frames were designer and well-known brands. I explained this as well to Irka, the representative who assisted us. She initially quoted us $440, which was well above what I was looking for. I respectfully mentioned that I would consider other options such as Sam's Club, Walmart, or other offices with more affordable alternatives. Her reaction surprised me. She repeatedly said, "I'm going to offer you what Walmart offers if Walmart is what you want," in a tone that did not feel appropriate or professional. Despite this, we decided to move forward with the purchase and ultimately paid $277 for the glasses. I chose this location because of its positive reviews and expected an experience consistent with them. We are currently waiting for the call to pick up the glasses, and I hope the quality reflects the price paid. However, I believe customer service and tone should remain respectful at all times, regardless of a client's budget.

From the time you check in to checking out, the experience is unbelievable. Always greeted with a smiling face and professional manner. The staff is so pleasant and professional. The office and exam rooms are so clean and modern. Dr Cameron Jones is so detailed with her test results and advice. She is the best! Love this practice. Thank you all

I was able to get an emergency appointment at Dr. Bovio's Gulfcoast Eye Center 2 hours after experiencing floaters in my eye. The ladies at the front desk and all staff were so kind, helpful and efficient. I had no wait time after completing my history on line. I was given every test I needed. Dr. Bovio was excellent in determining a diagnosis and scheduling a follow up for me. The office is beautiful, clean and has a huge range of eyewear from conservative to high end. I am so glad I found Dr Bovios office and excellent staff.

Dr Bovio's entire office and staff is top rate. Dr Bovio is an excellent practitioner who genuinely cares about my eye health and takes the time to explain every test and result. I have complete confidence in him and I enjoy the professionalism and courtesy I receive from his entire staff.

The 2 ladies that check you in and out were very friendly and efficient. I'm sorry I can't recall names. The showroom looks very nice. Exam rooms are clean. This was my first eye exam. It took over an hour with the whole process. I guess that is typical. Dr. Jones was very good and patient. Only complaint is limited parking. Overall, nice place , good music while you wait, friendly staff. Thank you

This review is for both my husband Daniel and myself ( Nancy). We were very pleased with the care we got at Gulfcoast. Everyone there was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Both agreed the Dr. was very thorough and professional in his examinations. He assured my husband that he can still use his current Rx and that he is doing very well. For myself this is the first time a Dr. has suggested Rx readers. Reading has been my greatest challenge, and I'm happy to be getting help with that. He also gave me a new Rx for bifocals. All in all we were very pleased with our visit, and are glad to be becoming Gulf coast patients.
