The staff members starting with the young lady that brought me to the first station, have forgotten her name, as well as Taylor, Sarah and Chas - were super efficient, patient and genuinely kind! These young ladies were a pleasure to be with and by far, this was one of my best experiences at the Eye Associates ever! I am so grateful Dr. Trim who is an expert in his field and so thankful he is the one to guide me with my eye health! Also grateful for Jody and Jennifer of whom. are the main reason why I still go to this practice- they are always available to help with a friendly smile! I would have given a 5 star review with the only exception being at the front desk. Not at all friendly nor hospitable. Sad because they are in essence, the greeters to the practice.

Just had my yearly vision checkup with Dr Han at Eye Associates on Bee Ridge. Once again, superb care. Easy process and very professional at all levels. From registration to check out. Friendly and courteous. Have been coming here for over 15 years!

Every person I spoke with from the time I walked in the door to check in, my pre-evaluation prior to seeing the doctor, my actual doctor visit with Dr Han as well as my check out at the counter before leaving we're pleasant, polite and very professional. I definitely feel that I'm in good hands with the professionals in this office. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

After being left legally blind years ago due to medical negligence that severely damaged my retina, I'm EXTREMELY cautious about who I trust with my eye care. Dr. Scott Han restored that trust through his professionalism, experience and genuinely attentive, compassionate approach. He treats patients as individuals, not numbers. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking to save or improve their vision!

I don't write reviews often, but I must say this was a very pleasant visit. I had a stye on my eye that would not go away for six weeks. I used my blue cross blue shield teleDoc, took photos and uploaded it before my Teladoc phone call. They stated it was probably a stye and gave me some erythromycin ophthalmology ointment. So I got the ointment, put warm compresses on it, and it would not go away. It would come to a head and then it would come back again. Six weeks of keeping it clean following the instructions, but it was super annoying & would not officially go away. So I looked for a provider within my Blue Cross Blue Shield network. There was quite a few of them to choose from. But this one was the closest to my office. When I called, the calls go to a call center, but they are very friendly and accommodated me for an appointment the same day! I did call another place prior that was booked out until March. I made an appointment easily. They text me a link to complete my online intake form , which was so easy and convenient. When I arrived, I just used their iPad to confirm a few more things which was super simple and took less than 10 seconds. The entire staff from the front desk to the exam and appointment was very nice. I had Dr Kan, who is very knowledgeable & super sweet, he took his time and I wasn't rushed at all. I asked questions & he educated me a little more on the blocked gland I had. He deserves 5 stars & a raise!!! What a great doc! I sure hope he gets the credit he deserves at that office. You don't often come across a doctor that has the whole package. Thank you!!

The staff is very courteous, efficient and thorough. They explain everything that is being done as the exam continues. After the testing Dr McCabb came in continued her own testing then explained the results and options.

The most thorough eye exam from the most professional, compassionate staff! Dr Trim is wonderful about taking time to explain everything you need to know! My husband and I were both seen quickly for emergency appointments. Highest praise and recommendation...

New patient period got me in in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff is very efficient, and friendly. Loved Dr Trim. He spent time with me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
