Dr. Shaub is great. I have been his patient for over 10 years. He discovered a problem with my eyes that other eye docs missed. He is always professional and friendly. He was the eye doctor for my 99 year old father in law and he was always so patient with him and gave excellent instructions on how to best take care of his aging eyes. I highly recommend him.

I accompanied my 91 y/o mother to her appointment with Dr Schaub. He was rude, wouldn't answer our questions and clearly was only interested in getting to the next patient. He spoke so fast that it seemed he wanted to confuse my mother - in fact the reason I was with her was she wasn't clear on his previous diagnosis.
This place is a "mill" (it took 2+hours for a routine appointment) and Dr Schaub either had a really bad day or is simply not concerned with his patients.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Schaub and all the staff, however, my appt. was supposed to be for 7:45 am and I was not taken in until 8:15. It was then explained by Michael, who apologized, that his computer was updating and he could not get started. Understandable. Maybe come out and explain that to the patient?

The facility has great people but their Call Center (since being sold) leaves a lot to be desired.
Thinking I was calling the site but found out the hard way that it was a call center & on hold in some cases 20+ minutes to talk to someone.
That has to change.
This is the only reason I rated a 3 star.
The Dr's & staff were 5 Star!

My Appoint had 30 minute delay, no one tells you they are running behind. Exam was thrual give by tech. Dr sees you after eyes dilated. He seemed a bit rushed, very plesant. Made follow up appointment. At checkout they asked for $60 for a test they did, without informing me and not covered by insurance. Was not happy. Will go over issues on next visit, hope Dr is not as rushed.

Waited 3 hours to see Doctor. That is a ridiculous waste of my time! They need a more efficient system or not schedule so many patients! I'm sure U S Eye only cares about the financial bottom line, not about the inconvenience to their patients!
Having finally getting to see Dr. Schaub, he was very thorough, found a problem, & got apt. for me with specialist in 2 days. He is a great asset to the group!
