I've had nothing but professional, courteous, friendly service at Center for Sight. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Werner has treated me with respect. I am glad to have them as my eye care providers.

The front desk checked me in and was familiar with my insurance and was polite, curious and professional. The assistant who tested my eyes was very nice and professional answered some questions of mine. Staff was great and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hadland was polite, professional and answered my questions and gave me advise. I had a good experience at my appointment.

What a pleasure - to have such a comprehensive annual eye exam with Dr Hadland. He's so knowledgeable and can teach me things I didn't know, or even understand, about my eyes and the exam. I am confident in his professional and friendly care of me and my eyes.

Each friend I have , that has used their services has been quite satisfied. I am a new client and have just begun my relationship with them. I will say they have been a top place to go for decades as I used to take my mom there in Venice.

My family loves Dr. Hadland and his staff. Unfortunately, I was unable to give 5 stars due to being over-billed twice in the span of two months by a front desk person. At my appointment this person overcharged me but luckily I realized it in the moment and brought to her attention. She explained she was new and in training. A month later the same thing happened to my daughter but she was unaware. Fortunately she called me and I explained the charge was wrong so she returned and the full charge, not just the overcharge, was reversed. When I called to pay what was due, the person I spoke with said the front desk person is in training. It's been two months and this person still hasn't learned how to correctly charge patients? I expressed my concern regarding the number of elderly patients who are likely being overcharged without realizing it, if this happened to my family twice in the span of two months. She was dismissive of my concern. They should probably review and see if it has happened with other patients.

Jennifer at reception was very funny and kind, made the appointment a bright part of my day. My Dr was very attentive and explained stuff thoroughly, as well as my tech who was very nice and efficient.

Highly recommend the Sarasota location. I'm new to the area and they provided me with replacement contacts free of charge & got me an appointment the same week. Appreciate them!

I had my annual exam with Dr. Werner. Excellent experience. She is knowledgeable, professional and I like that she offers options for managing contact lens and glass prescriptions.
