The center was extremely busy and you could feel that time constraints matter to them. Did everything feel rushed when you were finally seen, definitely yes. The majority of patients there were elderly with of course, vision issues. Was the staff competent, yes. Were you made to feel you were cared for, I'd have to say marginally. Were they communicative, some were, some were not. Deonna, the person who conducts the scans had issues - it would be good for her to remember to put the patient needs first, and not her agenda and time. I was glad that we were able to proceed with my husband's treatment plan that began in another state, but the gold standard we were used to, was not met.

Dr. Banker was assigned by my insurance as my primary vision physician and I couldn't be more grateful to have him. He is kind and patient when I don't understand and ask lots of questions. He takes his time explaining my ailments and the needed treatment. I feel I am well taken care of not only because of his knowledge but his bed side manners too.

Over the last forty years I have had issues with my retina. Currently, my eye problems are stable; however, I see Dr Banker once a year just to make sure there are no changes in my retina. Dr Banker is a highly skilled retina specialist who performs a very thorough eye exam. His positive demeanor gives a patient a feeling of comfort which allows for easy interaction. I would highly recommend any person who has a retina problem to make an appointment with Dr Banker.

Dr Bankwr and his staff are amazing. We heard someone complaining that they had to wait. We just returned from a trip to Cuba delivering medical supplies etc and they would give anything for care like this. I only waited 10 minutes, but would have gladly waited all afternoon.
