The doctor was really great, friendly and explained everything really well, but the person up front was not really helpful. She looked up my insurance and told me I didn't have any benefits for glasses, even though I told her I should have it. I went to another place and they figured it out in 5minutes, my insurance did pay for about half. I wish I could have gotten my exam and glasses at the same place but she didn't look like she wanted to make any efforts or find any solutions for me so I just took my business somewhere else.

Few weeks ago, I went to see Dr. Fessenden for the first time. I had such a great experience that I can't wait for next year for my next eye exam. Dr. Fessenden is brilliant, he is very professional, extremely nice, patient, thorough, very detailed and he is very funny as well.
He took his time to explain everything he is doing during my eye exam, and he made me feel so much at ease. He never once tried to up sale me anything or any procedures. He did an outstanding job. The staff there is very nice too, and the customer service there is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Fessenden at Perle Vision.
