While travelling for work my glasses broke and I needed a new prescription for new glasses and contacts. I was given an incorrect prescription for the contacts on my right eye, very blurry. They didn't have samples in stock and weren't able to get me samples until after the 30 day return policy had expired as I was travelling to several different locations. The next time I was in the area, again for work, they refused to work with me or take any responsibility for the incorrect prescription.
While my request was well outside of their 30 day return policy, the fact remains that I have an absolutely useless prescription that I paid for. I refuse to use their services again and will go elsewhere.

I love this place I was in and out fast and the lady up front was really helpful especially since I broke my glasses and couldn't see that well she helped me with the paper work that I couldn't really see would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I'm definitely using them again for anything I may need in the future.
