There was no clear path or directions for registration. I was legt waiting for 20 minutes until someone called me. The dr seemed fine, but then I was charged and additional $99 for contact fitting. No one told me that was th charge and I have never been charged more than $35 for a fitting. Will not be back and will not refer anyone.

Great speedy service! I was taken care of right as I stepped into the store, and Doctor Ankit Patel was more than happy to answer my questions. All the wonderful ladies up front also helped me pick a good pair of new frames that fit my face shape. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly, speedy, and helpful service

The assistants were wonderful. The dr. Not so wonderful. He had no bedside manner. He was very fast and abrupt. Not very nice, and I still have to go to another dr to complete the checkup. Also, the office was too busy to purchase new glasses. I was given a prescription but new glasses were not offered. I felt no customer service at all.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with an optical center. We went in on November 9th, paid over $500 for exams and glasses, and were PROMISED a two-week turnaround. That should've put the pickup date around November 24th. Instead, we got zero updates, zero communication, and when we finally checked in, we were suddenly told it's now 3-4 weeks and the glasses "might" be ready by December 3rd. How do you go from 2 weeks to almost a month without telling the customer? Because of their complete lack of professionalism, he's going into Thanksgiving without the prescription glasses he actually needs and is being forced to wear outdated, incorrect ones. Ridiculous. If you can't deliver on your promises, don't make them. And if something changes, call your customers instead of leaving them in the dark. This place seriously needs to get its communication and timelines together. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Very relaxed vibe and attentive staff. MD pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Reasonable amount of time spent and provided patient centered care.

Dr. Luu was excellent, thorough and professional. I don't recall having as detailed and well explained eye exam as this one was. The only issue I had was with the very small selection of eyewear in a very small location with mostly brand name glasses.

It was a very good experience this time around for me. The optometrist was very thorough and readily answered the many questions I asked him, in simple terms and good detail. The staff at the front desk, and the optometry assistant were both cordial, and friendly & caring.

The Associate doctor I had was amazing. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. Great Exam too.
