The lady Leslie that was in the front desk did such an amazing job. i have ambetter and she pulled my insurance right there at the moment and informed me that i didnt have vision with my insurance but she went along and informed me amazing specials. I didnt know glasses can still be affordable without insurance. I will be calling her and setting up an appointment. We need more kind people in all jobs just like her. Very profesional nice and had such a great personality.

I had a great experience at Optical Outlet thanks to Leslie Rodriguez. She helped me with both my glasses and contacts and took the time to explain everything clearly. She went over my insurance with me, helped me understand the best options for my glasses, and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful.
She also explained the different screenings they do and what they are for, like checking eye pressure and other tests, which I really appreciated because I like knowing what's being done and why. She was patient, kind, and really knowledgeable.
Overall, Leslie made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. If you're going to Optical Outlet, I definitely recommend asking for her.

Leslie is the best. She has given me outstanding service. 10/10 my glasses lost the screw and she was willing to replace the screw and then she noticed that I had a nose pad missing and she replaced that too! Absolutely great service and I will be visiting again!

FOLLOW-UP - Received a call from Colleen and she made it right. Thank you, Colleen! I will be going back next week for another exam and will post another follow-up and hope to give them 5 stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I went for an eye exam. I had an appointment and waited over 1/2 an hour to finally see the "Dr." who had me read a chart once and that was the extent of my so-called exam. They then charged me for a contact lense exam which was a joke. He never even examined my eyes, I just read a chart and the exam took a whole 5 minutes. I will be reporting this place to my insurance company.
