I had a great experience thanks to Sarah B. The eye exam went smooth both Doctors are great. I've seen both, no issues. Sarah is the main reason I will continue to go back. Extremely kind, considerate and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and made sure I was happy and comfortable during the whole process. THANK YOU SARAH !!!!!!!!!!

There are too many workers, but all just busy chatting. The front desk messed up the schedule and made me repeat the same words multiple times unnecessarily, and there were no apologies. What a waste of time! I didn't feel that I was heard at all time. I will not come back and, of course, I will not recommend any of my friends for this location.

Very pleasant experience....the staff genuinely cares for their customers....Bambi lynn was wonderful as well as everyone else ..... A must go to for your eyewear.. Definitely 10 stars....Dr. Drew was absolutely amazing and very thorough in his practice...this is my first visit and where i will be going from now on

Absolute disaster! Went for eye exam before leaving on trip. Dr.Fessenden referred me to specialist for cataracts with Dr.Priya Matthews at Center for Sight. Very bad experience from beginning to end! Now 2 1/2 months later, he refuses to check my eyes "because I am under her care!". The fact that her lack of care is what caused this problem! Lack of concern for a patients eye care & well-being is totally unacceptable! Still no glasses for my trip!

Went to this establishment because it was in network with my vision plan. Stood in the lobby for 15+ minutes before being acknowledged. Once I was called for my appointment the specialist has a snarky attitude very off putting. My prescription for my contacts is incorrect after coming back for adjustments. When I originally told the receptionist I wanted eyeglasses.

Stopped in to look for new glasses the store was empty. I was given a quote for Transition lenses but no information to indicate if they were Driveware or XTRActive no literature offered? After looking at frames for 15 minutes I left, too busy chatting to offer any assistance.

Receptionist and Optometrist were incredible. And then it was over. The final lady was annoyed because she was supposed to have two other people helping. When I made the appointment, I was assured that my insurance would cover it. But she dismissed me with no options. Obviously you lost a customer, No big deal
