I have many issues with my eye health and vision. Coastal Eye Institute, Dr. Ames and Dr. Edelman within their specialties, give me exceptional care and innovative plans. I am so grateful to have found this practice and these doctors.

As a patient I felt that I was not well come. The staff were approchable, friendly with profesional attitude The Dr was short, sharp and not very polite and needed to pulish his attitude and needed to be polit and friendly too and have respect for patient's feeling The Dr. is a human then he is a Dr. but he is not a GOD He had some issues with patient who were allocated to him and he was not happy he should have to discuss the issue with the staff after I left not front of the patient. His approch was unporfessional and made me very uncomfortable and I was hurts and felt that I was not well come as a patient with medical needs and I needed a friendly, smilly and reassuring face. As a medical professional I know that we need to treat a patient with respect even if the staff allocated me wrongly.

The care that I received from Dr Ames was exceptional. he is friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain the results from your exam , as well as letting you know if it's any changes from your prior visits.The entire team at the office displayed a very high-level of professionalism, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Comfortable environment with knowledgeable staff that are willing to answer questions is how I find each appointment. Dr Ames is good with answering my concerns and explaining my plan of care. He is gentle and caring. Eye injections are new to me but I'm almost starting to get comfortable with the procedure. Dr Ames exudes competence.

Attentiveness staff will see to your comfort as eye problems can be stressful. Dr. Anes Clearly explained my condition and exam and follow up were scheduled promptly the Office atmosphere is amazingly calming as you are under caring staff whose attentiveness to your needs is met

Discovered a problem during a routine yearly exam and immediately had laser surgery to correct the issue. This practice is so well run and professional and all my eye doctors are top in their field! The office staff is also outstanding. Very lucky to have this group of doctors in our area.

This is a wonderful office staff and a compassionate, caring doctor. I wish all doctors were like him. He is professional, but has a great bedside manner, and made me feel very comfortable with the procedures that he did on me to make sure that my eyes were OK I'm disabled, and they made it very comfortable for me in there.
