Had an appointment to have my nieces eyes checked to see if she needs glasses everyone was very friendly made it very easy to check in ! They didn't have a a lot of accessories to choose from witch is still okay but I would recommend them for anyone that uses glasses

I have been there 3 times and every time they have been so helpful. I have some challenges after cataract surgery and Dr Wall spent extra time to test me and help me make the right decision about the cataract surgery in my other eye. She also suggested the only thing that had helped my dry eye tyrvaya. Two ophthalmologist never mentioned it. All they gave me was Restassis and refresh and told me to use heated mask. The staff had been great too.

My husband, 2 kids and I have been patients of Dr. Wall for over 20 years. She has been amazing with all of our vision needs I love this location for my whole family. Affordable and name brand contacts and glasses.

Dr. Chanda Wall and her staff were awesome! It was my first time getting contacts, with anxiety, they helped calm my nerves and get me through my fear. They were super patient and Brenda was awesome with instructing me on how to insert them with different tips. I highly recommend this practice.

The Mrs got a pair of glasses here today. Service was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. Tested the specs out on the ride home and they worked great. Everything we could hope for.

Went into Specs after having Chemo my vision wasn't good and my Oncologist recommended going to the eye doctor. I had an eye exam and the doctor of course said I needed something more and recommended progressive glasses, so I picked out a frame and and on top of my insurance these glasses cost me another $300 so ok ordered them. the glasses came in she fit them to me and off I went, well the frames kept bending so they switched to another frame, which I love so the glasses came in and I have a hard time with seeing/reading and doing my job at work, so I call and tell them, their advice is to keep trying them and then if they still don't work we can do something else. Well it's been 2 more months and as much as I try to use them I have to switch to reading glasses to read. So I called this morning to see what we could do and the only thing they can do is change them to readers if I like, so I said just give me my money back, nope not an option, I tell her I'm not paying $300 for readers I could get at Costco for $20.00. They don't care and I told her she lost a customer and I won't be back.... They don't care... They must not need repeat business. I had 15/20 vision before cancer I just wanted someone to help me see better not another person to add to the list who take advantage of cancer patients... So I'll wait til my insurance will allow another visit and try somewhere else, I do not recommend this Office...

Specs Eyewear is such a great place! Dr. Wall is by far the best optometrist I have ever had! I highly recommend Specs Eyewear to everyone! You will be very satisfied! There are also many great choices for glasses and sunglasses here!

Dr. Wall and the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough and informative. They also were very helpful with picking out frames for my first pair of glasses. I highly recommend Specs.
