Wonderful Experience! I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my first eye exam in 40 years. I was understandably nervous, but from the moment I walked into your office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The friendliness and understanding displayed by everyone in the office made a significant difference. It was reassuring to have each part of the exam explained to me in detail, and I appreciated the thorough responses to all my questions. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service and care provided! Thank you once again for making my experience so wonderful.

I was greeted cheerfully by the office staff and stated my appointment with no waiting. The optical technician did my preliminary scans promptly, with kindness and thorough explanations. Next I was taken to another exam room where Dr. Tille came in and started his examinations. He was cordial and thorough in discussing with me the changes in my vision and options going forward. I have been coming to this LensCrafters location since I moved to Sarasota from Ft. Lauderdale in 2020. I am most satisfied with the optometrist care and also want to praise the sales team, specially Ray, who has helped me choose Eyewear these last few years. I highly recommend this location and everyone here.

Great experience from start to finish. The team at the front desk were efficient and kind. The technicians were great at explaining everything. The doctor took time to listen and was efficient but not rushed. Cost was reasonable. In and out with prescription in 35 minutes.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. There is no wait time for scheduled appointments. The entire staff is respectful of your time. Dr. Tille is personable and thorough. Would highly recommend T.E.C.

Dr. Tille was great. He was patient and provide a thorough exam. He took the time and initiative to give me the chance to ask questions, rather than rushing through the appointment. I would highly recommend him to others.

Tille Eye Care is excellent. I have an Astigmatism and finding a quality contact is sometimes challenging when some suppliers change their product. Dr Tille always takes the time to make sure any new lenses are a perfect fit. Staff is friendly and helpful, all around a great eye care location!
