Never in my life have I had a virtual eye appointment. I almost didn't go to be honest. I'm glad I did. It was efficient. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They take their time to explain and answer questions. The video call with the doctor was the same as if they were sitting across from me. I had questions and she answered them. She didn't rush me or get frustrated with me. I've never had a bad experience at a vision appointment but I real enjoyed this appointment the best.

The overall customer service was very good. All employees were friendly and accommodating, and the virtual eye exam was a good experience (second time I had had one, at this location). I must mention one particular employee (Jaleesa), who was extremely outstanding. Jaleesa works in the eyewear area, her customer service and overall character was a breath of fresh air, her customer service, friendliness, and overall character was the reason I decided to buy my new eyeglasses at this MyEyeDr.
