Sevigny & Associates Eye Care

This was by far the best experience my mom has ever had at an optical office. We were both very nervous going in, but from the moment we arrived, the young lady at the front desk made us feel welcomed and at ease. From there, every single person we encountered showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. You could truly tell they love what they do. The doctor took his time, carefully listened, and explained everything to us clearly and with great care. A special shout-out to Miss Tillie, who helped my mom choose her glasses. She was incredibly patient, kind, and made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. While the prices may be a bit higher, it is absolutely worth it for the level of care, attention, and respect we received. Everyone was beautiful inside and out--educated, passionate, and truly professional. I highly recommend this optical office.

I had a wonderful experience at my SEVIGNY Associates eye appointment! The doctor and staff were very kind, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. A special thank-you to Ms. Lea, who went above and beyond to help my daughter pick out her new glasses - she was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, yet they never lost their kindness and courtesy along the way. A special thank you to Leah and Shasira, the frame stylists, who were patient and so helpful in finding the perfect frames. The tech team -- Claudia, Cash, and Monica -- made the process smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciated their professionalism and gentle approach. At the front desk, Erin and Alaina were friendly, efficient, and set such a positive tone right from the start. This office is the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. The staff here are amazing patient with my child (5 y/o & autistic). Kid is awfully stubborn and contrary with all things medical, but they kept calm and took the time to ensure they were getting the right Rx for my baby. Extra shout out to Mr Jose who went above and beyond helping me understand our options with frames and lenses, costs and coverage and helping get the exact right glasses for my kid.

I had a fantastic experience at Sevigny and associates eye care .From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional Claudia especially. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The eye exam was thorough and clearly explained every step of the way. The optometrist took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my prescription and options. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated every minute.

BEST DOCTORS & TECH STAFF BY FAR! Dr. Russell was quick, efficient, & knew EXACTLY what my little needed to get her eyes cleared right up! Ashley the tech was beyond helpful, she was quick to get the appointment scheduled so we could have our issues resolved! She was also extremely prompt in making sure our script was sent right over to the pharmacy so that our little was back to quick healing! Thankful for good doctors & office staff like Dr. Russell & Ashley that take pride in their practice & care of their patients! Highly recommend this office for your eye care needs! The best team!!!

Sevigny in Sebring has always been my preferred office for eye care. I recently took 3 of my children (first time visits for 2 of them). They were a little nervous and shy but the tech Ashley was sweet and worked well with my kids. Dr. Kull was thorough and did an amazing job of explaining everything and stressed the importance of electronic device usage to myself and the kids so they understood the consequences of too much screen time (i think a lot of parents these days can relate!). We saw Lea after our exams and got a cute pair of glasses for one of my girls and the process was quick and easy. About 4 weeks later my daughter broke off and lost an arm to her glasses. I reached out to the Sebring office and spoke with Shasira for a replacement frame and it was quickly addressed and they even went out of their way to deliver them to the Avon Park office for more convenient pickup. Over all my experience with Sevigny has always been pleasant. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, highly recommend their office.

Dr Mark genuinely cares and is very thorough with his eye exam. Glasses are a bit pricey there but no pushy sales and they give you the option to take your Rx elsewhere. Highly recommend
