Dr. Carl Ritch was a such a nice eye doctor. I had a thorough eye health and vision evaluation and I felt comfortable the whole time. I saved money on an awesome pair of glasses and now I see great! Thanks so much to Dr. Ritch and all his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an eye exam and/or a pair of glasses.

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. 3 eye exams done in a row. Purchased eyeglasses at 3 different places, as the staff out front, didn't seem very professional.
Every pair of glasses were the incorrect RX. I went to Lenscrafters in Orlando, got a new RX, for all of us and new lenses. What an expensive mess. That eye doctor needs to have his eyes checked.
