I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After waiting nearly a month for my order, I finally reached out for an update only to be told that my order was never placed at all. Apparently, they mixed up my order with someone else's, and no one ever caught the mistake or informed me. Not only was this a complete waste of my time, but it also shows a serious lack of organization and customer care. Waiting that long with no communication, only to find out nothing was ever processed, is unacceptable. I expected much better service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

I'm definitely never buying my glasses there again. They took a month to deliver them, and when they finally arrived, the prescription was wrong. Then it took them another month to deliver the correct ones. They were completely irresponsible, especially since they had already billed my insurance. I definitely won't be going back or recommending them

Here is my experience and to be fair it was not the Store Staffs Fault. I can tell they do the best they can with the BS they are handed. Let me explain. I called last week the customer care line to make sure they take my insurance and they checked and told me yes. I set up an appointment but unfortunately I was super busy and had to travel last minute. I called again to reschedule today and they had an appointment right away so I said I'll be right there. I got there and they were fast to get me in I told them I had insurance and they said no problem we will take care of it at the end. Well the end came and they had the wrong insurance info for some reason and I told them it was incorrect. They had me speak to a manager who was not rude at all but said unfortunately my insurance was not accepted there. I explained I would have never wasted my time going if I was told ahead of time. He looked upset but I can tell it was frustration from the way they handle the backend which makes his job a whole lot harder. I was still willing to pay for the exam but he kindly said don't worry about it and handed my prescription to me which I was able to fill with someone that took my insurance. I did try twice to pay. But he knew the BACKEND of the company messed up. That's what happens when companies are too corporate. The one star is not for the staff but for the company itself.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Made me feel like my time met something and that they cared that I got what I wanted and what looked good. Very reassuring and helpful. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Edit: Forgot to mention they even fixed my sunglasses I bought from somewhere else. Awesome customer service

This place is a scam. I called to make an appointment and got one the same day for 3:30 Pm. When I get there I signed in and did the exam as normal. The lady asked me if I was getting glasses before doing and I said yes. Mind you i booked an eye exam, nothing more. The eye exam was divided into two parts or so I thought so after the first part was done I went to look at the glasses. After looking at the glasses for a while, I couldn't find any of that I liked, and then they took me to do the second part and brought me back out. When i get done with the exam some guy named Andre takes me to look at glasses and starts handing me the most expensive ones. He starts giving me fake compliments just to try to sell me the most expensive glasses. after he shows me a couple of glasses and some frames that I clearly told him I didn't like. He showed me a frame that I did like, and I thought I would take it, but after looking at myself in the mirror with it for a while I didn't like it so I told him that I wasn't gonna take it. He proceeded to get angry at me and caught an attitude with me. Afterwards, he told me that the price would be 150 when I called on the phone they told me the price for the exam would be 78. I asked him why it was so high and he said that it was because I didn't get any glasses. I then told him that made no sense that it went from 78 to 150 just because I didn't get glasses when I called on the phone and they said it was 78. He then called the lady that did my eye exam and they both started to have this rehearsed conversation about how I should've gotten glasses and that would've given me the eye exam for free and it wouldn't be so expensive. I then told both of them that it doesn't make sense that it's 150 just for me not getting glasses. Andre proceeded to try to hush me and talk to his coworker who did my eye exam and she then let us know that it was because she had done an extra part in my eye exam that I wasn't even aware of and they were trying to charge me for it just because she thought I was getting glasses and if I would've gotten glasses that part of the eye exam would've been free. I told her that that's not what I scheduled. I simply scheduled for an eye exam and that I was not gonna be paying for something that I didn't ask to get and didn't even know I was having done. Andre trying to get out of the situation just discounted the second test that I didn't know about and then they charged me at the front. It was completely unnecessary. I just went to get an eye exam. In the end, I was only charged the $78 plus tax for the eye exam, but it was an uncomfortable situation and I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me to get me to pay more money. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had an amazing experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Andres! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient while helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with my options, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish -- Andres truly made my visit a 5-star experience! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Stanton Optical!

I do not recommend this optician in Saint Cloud. I waited two weeks and the prescription was incorrect. They check your lenses but don't offer you what you already have. I had transition lenses that darken inside the car, and they only put in the basic transition lenses. You never go to an optician to downgrade what you have; they're supposed to maintain or improve the quality standard. They didn't give me another eye exam; all they did was send me back with my current prescription. Go somewhere else!

Just wanted to say the staff here has treated me awesome! I forgot one of the guys names who assisted me in my pretesting! As well as Andres! Andres assisted me A LOT in getting the PERFECT glasses fit for me with the right color. I can definitely say you will feel seen and heard in your needs/desires here. Would definitely recommend!!
