I had a really great experience! I haven't been able to get an eye exam since I was 18. So it had been a long, long time. I had a really great experience with the Front office Girl, I feel awful I don't remember her name, but she also helped with the beginning stages of my examination. She explained everything that was happening and helped me be put at ease because I was so anxious since I hadn't been in so long.
I absolutely loved the doctor and she took Her time helping me and also put me at ease during the rest of my exam examination. She spent a lot of time with me and I could tell she genuinely cares for her patients. I also had a really good experience with the technician that helped fit me for my new glasses. I will definitely be going back!

Easily made an office visit on line. Paperwork easily filled out on line and submitted. Check in process was completed without difficulty and both receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Dr Patel was extremely pleasant, compassionate and kind. She listened to my concerns and questions and prescribed medication that hopefully will take care of my issues. I have gone to several eye MDs in the St Petersburg area with bedside manner being nonexistent but Dr Patel restored my faith as she gave excellent patient care. I would highly recommend this practice as I would return for care if need be!

Absolutely outstanding experience! Dr Patel listened attentively, addressed all of my concerns, and was incredibly personable. She uncovered an underlying issue that hadn't been identified before and explained it clearly, with great knowledge and understanding while offering reasonable options without trying to sell a service or item anything.
The staff was just as wonderful, taking the time to explain each step and even routine tests, which made the appointment more informative and interesting than a typical visit. The entire experience felt comfortable, educational, and genuinely caring.
I won't go anywhere else and am so thankful I found this practice. Highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Jigna Patel went above and beyond for me. She stayed past closing time to see me for an emergency just 30 minutes after I called, which gave me incredible peace of mind.
She even gave me her direct number in case of an overnight emergency--something you rarely see anymore. Dr. Patel and her staff also worked diligently to find an ophthalmologist who accepted my insurance, despite limited availability.
Her clear, thorough explanation and genuine compassion made it obvious how knowledgeable and kind she and her staff truly are. This is the level of care every medical professional should strive for. I recommend her to everyone and will continue to do so.
I only have one disappointment. They are currently not covered by my insurance company Ambetter.

I had such an amazing experience at Bay Vision. After a recent eye accident, they were able to see me immediately and I'm so grateful for how quickly they helped. The staff was incredibly kind and comforting, I was really scared when I arrived, but they made me feel safe and cared for right away.
Dr. Quo was wonderful. She carefully and thoroughly examined my eye, explained everything clearly, and gave me step by step guidance on what to do next. For my follow up visit, I saw Dr. Patel, who was just as fantastic. He took the time to explain what was happening with my eye in a way I could easily understand and reassured me that everything was healing well, which put me at ease.
From start to finish, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and supportive. I'm so glad I chose Bay Vision for my care, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

If there were more stars I give them 100/5 stars! Everyone there was very nice and took amazing care of my fiance and I. I was nervous since I haven't been to an eye dr in years Kristina eased my nerves and dr. Patel was amazing and helped me out finding the right eye drops and having me understand my eyes better and everything showing me my concerns I had with my eyes as well! I will most certainly be going back to them for my future eye appointments. We also picked out glasses from them if you can't find exactly what you're looking for the optical will definitely help you out finding the right pair!

Booked my Monday afternoon appointment on Monday afternoon. Received a call from the office within 30 minutes, confirming and providing me additional details. I was greeted warmly by the doctor and her staff. Referred to by my name rather than Ms. or ma'am. Which made the environment more welcoming. Equipment was sanitized in front of me. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I felt valued by the limited wait time and the amount of individualized time each staff member provided me. Bonus: I was short on time and couldn't stop to pick frames at LensCrafters, the staff didn't attempt to haggle me out the door like some other places would do.
