A visit to Dr Updegraff's office is a memorable pleasure.
From the moment you enter you are treated with respect and professionalism from the entire staff.
I had an appointment that started sharply at 2:45 that ended around 5:00. I had about six hi tech exams by various professionals that allowed Dr Updegraff and Dr Baines to diagnose my needs.
After all the results were presented to me and my wife we developed a plan to proceed with cataract surgery.
Additionally we were informed about a technique called "Light Adjustable Lenses" that we found very interesting and will most likely proceed with.
Again, every persons we met in the firm was polite, professional and respectful.
Thank you for everything you did to help us brought the process.
