I had been to 5 other retailers and had walked away dissatisfied and with no purchases. I will only go to the Tyrone location from here on out and you should definitely ask for Jim after you've chosen your many frames. He helped me whittle it down to the pair I purchased with his useful knowledge. He's the best optician I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I came in about a month ago and had an appointment with the visiting doctor. The appointment wasn't the best, it felt rushed and my prescription wasn't fulfilled correctly by the end of it. I called them a few days after and immediately the manager scheduled me a new appointment. I came in for my new appointment and I was met with so much kindness from the whole staff. Dr. Webb and the ladies at the front desk gave me a thorough and great exam!!! I will definitely be seeing Dr. Webb again. Thanks crew!
