Took my daughter here for her first eye exam and for a slight eye injury she got while at school. Dr. Dan and Dr. Nadine are both great and we decided we are going to bring the family here. Office has a nice set up and all the staff have been great! First time we went was around Halloween and we got a good laugh with all the great decor and the office sense of humor!! I went and did my eye exams and everything.
Picked up my glasses in June and from the moment I got my glasses, things were not right.
From the moment I picked up my glasses in June till September they changed my prescription 4 times and they still didn't get it right till my eyesight prescription changed and I would have headaches and my eyes would hurt. I couldn't even wear my glasses at all. I had to wear my old glasses from previous eye doctor which was better than theirs. Im complaining because I paid $419 out of pocket after insurance to not get my proper prescription glasses. And one might ask,why didn't I go back and get a new eye exam for them to fix the issue"? Because I don't trust that they will get my prescription correct and that would be the 5th prescription in 3 months . So unfortunately I had to go somewhere else to get my exam and a proper. proper prescription glasses which also cost me $419. I'm so mad and disappointed. I just wasted $419 on a glasses that I can't even wear. I'm definitely not going back
